This arrived in a surprisingly small box and we thought pieces must be missing but it was all there. Assembly took my husband about 4 hours and I just had to help hold things a few times. My husband says it was fairly easy but the slats at the bottom were difficult to keep aligned. Once assembled, my kids were excited. My son is 3 and found the ladder easy to climb. The bottom part is so low I can't sit with my daughter and read to her without bumping my head but it's really the prefect size for little kids. It creaks a lot and the ladder doesn't screw into the bottom so it flaps loose and that scares my son when he climbs down. I think we can jerry rig something to keep it still.

This is a pretty decent metal loft bed for the price. Solid and straightforward to build. My only complaint is that it is very NOISY. Any slight movement makes it creak which is a bit annoying.

The only issue I had with this bed is that they put a huge sticker with a warning to make sure the mattress is less than 6 in tall. It took me just as long to get that sticker off as it did to put the bed together. -_- Other than that it's a really sturdy bed, I love the fact that it's metal and not wood. I always find it so much easier and find that it lasts longer when it's metal vs. the cheap "wood" furniture is made out of now.

The assembly was pretty easy, it’s a nice size and very pretty. The height is perfect for my kids and the sturdiness is good. The value for the money I paid isn’t worth it. I posted images of the bars, and that is after I cleaned them. They are stained and one of the poles is ripped which is a hazard for my children. I just bought a new house and was so excited to buy new beds for my kids to enjoy and spend what money I had to make their rooms look great and end up with stained and broken poles. Very disappointed that I spent so much money on this to receive what I did.

First, the yellow stickers that are already on some of the bars don’t easily come off. Tried to take them off and they ripped off in pieces and it looks horrible. Second, while putting the top part together the metal pieces on the corners started to separate from each other. I put that together last so no way was I taking it apart at that point. Not sure how the top will hold up after every day use but we will see. The only reason I am keeping this bed is because it can be used without the top part.

All in all it’s a good/nice bed, easy to build for the most part. Definitely need at least 2 people. My only problem was the ladder wasn’t aligned. So we kinda had to force it into its place. I think it was just a factory malfunction. But it’s a nice bed :)
