  • Level one and two charging (110v & 220v) in a versatile, portable package for various EVs. Level one and two charging (110v & 220v) in a versatile, portable package for various EVs.
Nicely complete package, lacking only a Tesla adapter (if needed). This versatile setup allows for plugging directly into a 220v (NEMA 6-20) outlet as well as, with an adapter that is provided, a 120v outlet. This makes it extremely useful as a portable charging solution. Everything included fits into a provided carry bag so it can be easily stored in the trunk or frunk of your EV. It also includes mounts for hanging the charger on the wall and holstering the charging wand. An important note: Make sure to manually lower the charging output to 13 amps when charging with the 110v outlet, for safety. It will otherwise charge at 15amps which is likely to be the maximum rate of the outlet and, for extended periods, can overheat or be a fire hazard. The 220v level 2 charging is claiming 4x speed over the level 1 (110v) charging, though I have no way to verify this, until I can find the appropriate outlet. Typically using the level 1 charging will "top up" our charge after 10-12 hours, though our driving is not consistent day-to-day, so it is difficult to convert this to actual miles, maybe 200? This is an excellent setup at a very competitive price. ... show more

  • Your Road-Trip Ready EV Charging Solution Your Road-Trip Ready EV Charging Solution
The Portable Level 1 & 2 EV Charger is designed for electric vehicle owners who value flexibility, safety, and convenience. With ETL certification, dual charging capability, and a generous 25-foot cable, this charger is built to serve as both a reliable home solution and a portable travel companion. It includes a NEMA 6-20 plug and NEMA 5-15 adapter, making it compatible with standard household outlets and higher-capacity connections. Best of all, it works with all SAE J1772 EVs, covering most electric cars in North America. Pros Dual-Level Charging: Supports both 110V (Level 1) and 240V (Level 2) charging. Safety Certified: ETL certification ensures compliance with safety standards. Extended Reach: 25-foot cable allows flexible parking arrangements. Universal Compatibility: Works with all SAE J1772 EVs. Adapters Included: Comes with NEMA 6-20 plug and NEMA 5-15 adapter for versatile use. Portable & Compact: Easy to carry, ideal for travel or as a backup charger. Cons Lower Amperage: Max 16A output is slower compared to higher-powered chargers (32A+). No Smart Features: Lacks app connectivity, scheduling, or remote monitoring. Adapter Handling: Switching between plugs may feel less seamless than a dedicated wall unit. Weather Durability: Not as rugged as permanently installed outdoor chargers. The Portable Level 1 & 2 EV Charger is a dependable, budget-friendly option for EV owners who need a versatile charging solution. While it won’t match the speed or smart features of premium home chargers, its ETL certification, universal compatibility, and included adapters make it a practical choice for everyday use, road trips, or as a backup. If you value portability and safety over advanced features, this charger is a solid investment. ... show more

  • Seems like good value with the coupon price Seems like good value with the coupon price
I have a Tesla Model 3 and needed an adapter to make this work. I only have Level 1 charging in my garage, but the circuit is a 120V/20A line, so I can charge at 16A instead of the usual 12A. For my needs—about a 60-mile round-trip commute Monday through Friday—that’s plenty. This charger has a built-in delay timer, but I doubt I’ll ever use it. Tesla already handles off-peak charging automatically through my power company, so I don’t need another layer of scheduling. One thing I didn’t think about: when you use an aftermarket charger like this, you don’t get the Tesla remote-open button for the charge port. You have to open it from the app or the car’s screen. Not a huge deal, but when you plug in every day, that button is nice to have. Because of that, I mainly stick with the included Tesla charger for daily use and keep this one in the frunk as a spare/emergency unit. It takes up a little more space than the OEM Tesla bag, but at least it comes with its own bag. Build quality is… okay. The electronics feel a bit light, which makes me wonder how durable it is. The cable feels close to Tesla’s, maybe a bit lighter. Overall, the price seems fair, and it’s a perfectly good backup charger. ... show more

  • Works well, displays voltage and current levels Works well, displays voltage and current levels
This charger has a lot of good features. The display shows the electrical current and voltage being used, which is helpful. It includes hardware to mount it to your wall, keeping it out of the way. It's also nice that it has a case that can fit everything; it is still a bit larger than my stock portable charger(on the right in the picture). It works really well; it charged an electric motorcycle from 55% to 100% in about 3 hours using the level one charger. You should know that the level 2 charger is a NEMA 6-20 plug, while most EVs use a 14-50 plug; you can get an adapter, which costs about $25-$40. ... show more

  • High Quality, Versatile Charger with a Great Case High Quality, Versatile Charger with a Great Case
This charging cable feels like really nice quality right out of the box. It comes in an attractive and decent quality carrying case, which is a great bonus for keeping everything tidy in the trunk. I love the versatility of this unit. It comes natively with the NEMA 6-20 plug for faster Level 2 charging, but it also includes the NEMA 5-15 adapter for standard Level 1 wall outlets. This makes it a fantastic all-around unit to keep in your vehicle for travel or to use as a primary home charger. Just be sure to triple-check (and then check again!) that these are the specific plug types you need for your setup before ordering to avoid any issues. It features adjustable current settings and a delay timer, which are practical features for managing your charging schedule. Plus, the fact that it is ETL certified adds a necessary layer of peace of mind regarding safety. For the price, especially if you catch it on sale, this is a great deal. ... show more

  • Holiday Backup Power -
. The portability answers a real problem for this season. Christmas is coming and the relatives have no charging station anywhere near their rural place. This charger cures range anxiety and keeps me out of the public charging station loop during family visits. I can enjoy leftovers and TV football rather than sitting miles away charging while the relatives gossip about my vehicle choice. The dual plug setup makes this practical in real life. A standard outlet covers slow charging and the higher voltage option steps in when speed matters. The adjustable current and delay settings give quiet control over the session. That makes overnight charging feel intentional instead of improvised. The casing and connectors show careful fit and finish. Nothing feels flimsy and the cable lays out clean without memory curl. The safety protections offer calm reassurance during long charges. Heat management and automatic recovery add a layer of trust to the setup. This portable charger turns an awkward holiday limitation into a solved problem. It brings speed, flexibility, and peace of mind to an otherwise inconvenient situation. ... show more

  • Versatile On-the-Go Charging
The plastic housing of the control box feels solid and well made, while the cable remains flexible even in colder temperatures. I am impressed by the dual voltage capability and the inclusion of the NEMA 5-15 adapter, which allows the Charger to function as both a Level 1 and Level 2 station depending on your available outlet. This charger is well-suited for travel or as a backup home unit since its ETL certification provides peace of mind regarding safety and heat management, though the 16A maximum output means it will charge significantly slower than a dedicated 40A or 48A hardwired home station. ... show more
