Works very good for my 2012 Chevy Volt. The cord is a pretty good length on its own. It can be used in 120v or 240v and comes with a nice carrying bag for travel. The charger has a long power cord, and the charging port is located in different locations on different vehicles, so it can be used easily. This charger supports 220V fast charging, which is twice as fast as the charger that comes with the vehicle. It comes with a plug conversion extension cord that can use two different voltage specifications. It is very easy to use, and the indicator light on the charger flashes to indicate the charging mode and speed.

I had bought it for faster level 1 charger from my off grid solar up to 1800 watts from 120 volt. You have to plug it into only 20 amp wall plug. Some of larger power station battery generator will deliver 20 amp circuit at the steady 1800 watts on 120 volt. My user's manual has false information, that level 2 charger will dial up to 40 amp. It has flat plug blade on the right side as left blade is vertical (both is live circuit) as bottom rounded is not ground, is neutral for 240 volt on 20 amp circuit, that will delivered 16 amp or 3600+ watts. This Means: You're charging up around 8 to 10 miles per hour of charging speed on smaller 240 volt. for 120 volt 20 amp plug, you'll plug it into short adapter cord for single live circuit. Good news: From power station, you don't needed to cross from neutral to ground, to make it to work.
