i purchased this three years ago and it is still one of my favorite purchases. I have sent a link to this product to multiple people and everyone that’s bought one said it helped! i got it for period cramps and i do think it’s a game changer for the crampy days. its comfortable to wear and you can adjust the waistband to fit snugly or loosen it up. i think the pad itself is soft against bare skin and is big enough to cover a decent section of the cramp zone. The heat levels are also adjustable so you could have it on low if it’s warm or if you don’t like too hot. i enjoy the vibrate function and believe it helps but it could also be distracting/sugar pilling me but it works😂🤷🏻♀️ the vibrate is a little loud and in public can get some weird looks so i normally don’t use that function out and about. i just wish the battery lasted longer because i would wear this for days. The timer is a great safety feature because i have fallen asleep wearing this😅😅 would/have recommended and will again. ... show more

    • I have advanced endometriosis and here is what I like and dislike about this product.

1. The heating pad is comfortable to wear. It works like a little fanny pack and it is slim enough to fit under your clothes, and if you have other layers on top no one should notice. The heating pad is also very light weight, and the clip to take the pad off and on is very easy. 2. The buttons for the heating vs the massage features are very easy to understand. There are only 3 settings for each and you can do the features together or alone. 3. I really like that the heating pad is rechargeable and the cord to charge the pad is a standard USB, so if (like me) you have lots of random standard USB cables around, you can easily charge the pad. 4. You should be warned that the product gets VERY HOT. On the package instructions the manufactures state that you should have a piece of material between your skin and the pad, and you should most definitely follow that advice. For me, I really appreciate how hot the pad gets, because I am in severe pain quite often and most heating pads do not get hot enough for me. But, when you do use it, use a thick piece of fabric between your skin and the pad, a thin piece of fabric will do nothing. 5. I really like that I can do my daily tasks while wearing this and I do not feel weighed down or awkward. It makes me feel like I can have the relief I need and still maintain some of my normal life. 6. The massage feature isn't a feature I really felt was essential to this product, but if you are someone that benefits from vibrations on your abdomen, then this will definitely do the trick. Keep in mind though, the massage setting is quite loud. 7. The charge lasts about two hours, which for me really isn't long enough and so my main complaint is that I do not like how much I need to charge this product, but then again, I'm not sure what to expect from a product that heats from a USB charge. I've seen a few reviews saying the battery life isn't good. One said "it lasts 25-30 minutes." But I don't think people realize that it automatically shuts off after half an hour. Those poor people are assuming the battery ran out, when all they actually need to do is turn it on again... Battery lasts me about 4 hours on the highest settings for both heat and massage. Every time I feel the vibrations stop, I just press the buttons to turn the heat and massage on again. Imo, it's a minor inconvenience. Also, turning it on is silent with no annoying beeps, so I don't mind at all. Then you need to recharge for about an hour, and you will have enough battery for 4 more hours of use. Not bad. If an hour without it is unbearable, you can always get 2 and rotate between them. Highest heat level is very hot, nearly scalding, which I like. Really sinks in and eases cramps. Massage function really seems to help with pain too- I think it's probably overriding the pain sensation with the sensory input of vibration pulses. Whatever the explanation, it helps for sure. No beeps, like I said, but vibration of massage is audible if you're going to try to use in an office. Although, one of the massage settings is just a continuous vibration (no pulses or variation, just a uniform hum) which is fairly discreet. If your office has an AC running or anything, you could likely use that setting and no one would notice. Uses USB C to charge, same as most android phones, cable included. Love that I can wear this under a big comfy hoodie and wander around to get a snack or make some tea rather than being tethered by a cord. Overall, would recommend 10/10 for pain relief, heat, battery-to-charge time ratio, and convenience. ... show more

I love this thing and it’s only my second day using it. one, it’s very lightweight. i thought it’d be a little bulky but it’s not at all. two, i love how it fits so comfortably around my stomach/back. it lays really flat against your body so it’s easy to do things without it getting in your way. and three, it’s heats up so fast. i have a non portable heating pad that takes at least five minutes to fully heat up but this one as soon as i turn it on, i can already feel heat. i also had NO clue it vibrates?! (my fault for not reading). it was a great surprise though, trust me. i thought i’d never use that feature but i tried it and loved it. it felt as if my back was getting massaged in one of those recliner chairs at the mall. honestly i feel as though even if you’re not on your period or you have no back pain or just no pain at all, you can still use it for comfort or relaxation purposes since the vibration settings are really nice + the heat. ... show more

I have chrons disease and sometimes the only relief I can feel is when I have a heating pad on me. That's not always realistic when working. I came across this on a lightening deal and figured I'd give it a shot. I wore it for over 8 hours yesterday & it lasted before needing to charge it. It gets SUPER hot though past the 1 setting so be careful. I love how it's not bulky and doesn't protrude through my clothes but I also don't mind wearing it over my clothes. The vibrate function for my needs isn't quite necessary but it does feel good nonetheless. If you're someone who suffers from chrons, ibd etc of any sort I HIGHLY recommend one of these. They also come in different colors. It feels safe and secure on. There is a shut off timer. My only complaint is the buttons, once on, are super easy to push so while moving around I kept turning the heat up and like I said above, it gets super hot. I would purchase this again and yell it from the roof tops it's a must have for those with stomach issues. ... show more

There are several things I really like about this item and also a few things I found disappointing. Let's get started with a few pros and cons: PROs: Very well packaged. The heating function is exceptional and with the one to three setting, there's a true and noticeable gradient of heat settings. I suffer from endometriosis and I require a higher level of heat. Even the second setting accomplished a satisfying heat setting for me. It is efficient and heats up quickly. I also love the pretty pink color and image design. It looks techy and my husband thought it was modern and trendy looking. The device has an adjustable belt with a release button (more on that later). I had worried about the plastic being bulky, but that worry was unfounded. The device is slim and compact with a soft lining. Because of the heat, you still do want a layer of fabric between yourself and the device. CONs: Although I fully charged the product before its first use as instructed, after just two uses, it needed charging again. While I am unsure if my unit is defective or if this is a condition with all devices, my unit does not hold a charge for very long. This is an issue for travel or using the device at work where access to a charger may be limited. Portability was the primary reason I had for purchasing the device. I am currently contacting support and I will edit my review and rating if this issue can be resolved satisfactory. Another disappointing feature is the massage feature. It doesn't really feel like anything and is just a vibration. As others noted, the massage feature is loud, however I wasn't really expecting much from the massage feature to be honest. Although a minor quip, the quick release button for the belt jams and actually requires both hands to pull it open to release, so not so quick. That is something I can live with, but I do think would be a nice thing for manufacturers to consider as it seems like an easy fix that would definitely improve functionality. For the price point, all these issues should be taken into thoughtful consideration, but nevertheless an excellent product. Overall, I love the concept of this item and if the inability to hold a charge can be resolved I could easily rate this as a four to five star product, but unfortunately the charging issue is an impactful one for a device that purports mobility and portability! UPDATE: Revising to 5 stars for exceptional customer service and support to resolve the charging issue! Customer Service responded in less than 24 hours and sent a replacement quickly and conveniently. I'm pleased with the warranty for this item and the quick resolution! ... show more
