i purchased this three years ago and it is still one of my favorite purchases. I have sent a link to this product to multiple people and everyone that’s bought one said it helped! i got it for period cramps and i do think it’s a game changer for the crampy days. its comfortable to wear and you can adjust the waistband to fit snugly or loosen it up. i think the pad itself is soft against bare skin and is big enough to cover a decent section of the cramp zone. The heat levels are also adjustable so you could have it on low if it’s warm or if you don’t like too hot. i enjoy the vibrate function and believe it helps but it could also be distracting/sugar pilling me but it works😂🤷🏻♀️ the vibrate is a little loud and in public can get some weird looks so i normally don’t use that function out and about. i just wish the battery lasted longer because i would wear this for days. The timer is a great safety feature because i have fallen asleep wearing this😅😅 would/have recommended and will again.

Gets hot! I keep it on the first level and it feels great. The vibration I’m sure feels good but it’s so loud so I don’t use that feature. Minus one star bc when I put the charger in, it broke the port and became unusable. It’s cheap enough that I just bought another

Our daughter really loves this heating pad. It heats up very quickly. The charge doesn't last a ton but the charging setup is easy w/ the usb cord it comes with. Its neat and compact and has a few different vibration and heat settings.

I can't speak highly enough about this thing. It helps with my cramps soooo much. It's small and easily transportable, but works really well and gets really hot. The vibrations are a game changer. I don't know why they help, but they do. Easily hidden, very useful, medium battery life, ingenious little invention.

I bought this in February and I absolutely loved it. The heating options were more than adequate for me. It held a charge for hours which was great, however it will no longer charge. Like at all. It shows the lights flashing when I plug it in but it never actually charges it. I only use this a few days a month so I’m very disappointed that it no longer works.

I've seen a few reviews saying the battery life isn't good. One said "it lasts 25-30 minutes." But I don't think people realize that it automatically shuts off after half an hour. Those poor people are assuming the battery ran out, when all they actually need to do is turn it on again... Battery lasts me about 4 hours on the highest settings for both heat and massage. Every time I feel the vibrations stop, I just press the buttons to turn the heat and massage on again. Imo, it's a minor inconvenience. Also, turning it on is silent with no annoying beeps, so I don't mind at all. Then you need to recharge for about an hour, and you will have enough battery for 4 more hours of use. Not bad. If an hour without it is unbearable, you can always get 2 and rotate between them. Highest heat level is very hot, nearly scalding, which I like. Really sinks in and eases cramps. Massage function really seems to help with pain too- I think it's probably overriding the pain sensation with the sensory input of vibration pulses. Whatever the explanation, it helps for sure. No beeps, like I said, but vibration of massage is audible if you're going to try to use in an office. Although, one of the massage settings is just a continuous vibration (no pulses or variation, just a uniform hum) which is fairly discreet. If your office has an AC running or anything, you could likely use that setting and no one would notice. Uses USB C to charge, same as most android phones, cable included. Love that I can wear this under a big comfy hoodie and wander around to get a snack or make some tea rather than being tethered by a cord. Overall, would recommend 10/10 for pain relief, heat, battery-to-charge time ratio, and convenience.
