i purchased this three years ago and it is still one of my favorite purchases. I have sent a link to this product to multiple people and everyone that’s bought one said it helped! i got it for period cramps and i do think it’s a game changer for the crampy days. its comfortable to wear and you can adjust the waistband to fit snugly or loosen it up. i think the pad itself is soft against bare skin and is big enough to cover a decent section of the cramp zone. The heat levels are also adjustable so you could have it on low if it’s warm or if you don’t like too hot. i enjoy the vibrate function and believe it helps but it could also be distracting/sugar pilling me but it works😂🤷🏻♀️ the vibrate is a little loud and in public can get some weird looks so i normally don’t use that function out and about. i just wish the battery lasted longer because i would wear this for days. The timer is a great safety feature because i have fallen asleep wearing this😅😅 would/have recommended and will again.

This little heater gets really hot, really fast. The controls are easy to understand. It stays in place and really does relieve menstrual cramps quickly, even on the middle setting. I just wish the charge lasted longer than a few hours, and I wish the auto shut-off period were longer. If you're sitting still while you're using this, it's not a bad idea to keep it plugged in -- defeating the "portable" claim but at least keeping the heat on longer.

I was skeptical at first bcs of the compact size but baybayyyy!!! This did not disappoint. Helped with the constant pressure and lower back pain from my menstrual. The only thing negative is I wish the battery lasted a bit longer.

Pros: - Gets really warm and holds the heat well. Heat levels are great and functional. - Cute color and easy to wear. - Vibration levels are cool (although I don't feel they help with cramps) Cons: - Absolutely terrible battery life and takes forever to charge. Like such bad battery life that it makes me feel like charging it isn't worth it most of the time.

First time having this and I will say when I first put it on and turned it on it took only seconds for the heat to start up and automatically start vibrating which was nice the heat gets extremely hot depending what you have it on so definitely have it above clothing my only complaint is I wish the massage feature had more to it it’s very light and I had it on for at least 2-3 hours before it stopped officially before needing charge I didn’t see it shutting off after 30 minutes but I might have to use it more but it’s worth the money and tiny enough with enough comfort
