I have used many back massagers in my time. This is the best one by far. It not only will work on your lower back, but you could. also use it on the upper back. Very good massage and optional heat. A future problem I can see is the velcro grabs on to everything. It may eventually be full of fibers & no longer stick.

This product had different modes for the heat and the vibration which led to many different combinations. It was great to find the right one for me. I like the velcro feature that goes around the back. There's an extension if you need to add it If you have more circumference around your waist. It's a bit bulky when you're lying down but That's a small sacrifice if you want to have vibration and heat.
