The media could not be loaded. This little machine, from my perspective as a busy dog mom, has made life so much easier. I’ve used it on my carpet where my lab, Max, had an accident, and it pulled up the stain like magic. The suction power is strong enough to get out those stubborn marks but doesn’t make the process feel like a chore. However, the noise level is a bit on the higher side, which can scare my pets away while I’m cleaning. The large tank sizes are a godsend; I can clean my entire living room without stopping to refill or empty, which is great for those marathon cleaning sessions. But, I found the tanks a bit tricky to handle when full; they’re not the easiest to pour out without making a mess. The different cleaning modes are handy, especially the warm water clean for regular upkeep, though the steam sanitization mode takes a bit longer to heat up than I’d like. Maneuvering this thing around my furniture is a breeze, thanks to its lightweight design and the wheels, although the handle could be a tad more sturdy. The cord retract feature is a nice touch, makes storing it away quick and easy, but the cord could be longer for bigger spaces. In conclusion, I’d say this is a decent buy for anyone with pets or just looking to tackle tough stains. I’d recommend it, but with the heads up on the noise and tank handling.

This machine is simply incredible!!! I was replacing an older more common brand. But wanted something better. This machine is better and beyond. Incredible suction, a variety of amazing attachments, that sense when the head is not in complete contact and doesn't spit water everywhere, a 60oz clean water tank, 6.5 ft hose, retracting cord, self cleaning head. Works amazingly well, for such a small unit. 0 negatives. LOVE IT!!!!

When it came to removing previous stains that I had imagined were permanent, I believe the suction power made an instant significant impact. It came as a surprise to me when I saw that darker patches disappeared right in front of my eyes, so enabling the fibers to seem more similar to their initial state. Even while I had high hopes that the gadget would be able to manage fresh messes with ease, I was not quite positive that it would be able to tackle older stains that had already set in. However, during the first few applications, I observed that it had the potential to significantly minimize the traces of ground-in dirt and lessen the lingering aromas that my dogs occasionally left behind. This was something that I noticed immediately. This impact, in my opinion, is sufficient to justify the availability of a specialist cleaner for pet owners who are always on the go. The speed with which I can roll out this machine to clean up new messes is something that I really value when it comes to the everyday cleaning that I do. I can just take this portable cleaner, apply a spot treatment to the area, and then let it do the majority of the job with its strong suction. This eliminates the need for me to search for different equipment and cleaning products. In spite of the fact that my life is so busy, I believe that this degree of efficiency enables me to keep my house looking more beautiful. I am also more at ease when it comes to having my dogs run free since I am aware that I have a tool that allows me to quickly intervene in the event that they bring anything in from the yard.

We have a foster dog who is adjusting to home life. This morning she threw up on our living room area rug and urinated twice on our bedroom carpet. This machine is so easy to use and it works like a dream. It has saved us do many times with pet messes and it’s ready to go moments after you fill it. I was worried that the water tank wasn’t large enough but the fact that you’re using steam to clean makes the tank last a long time. I was shocked at the dirty water in the tank. I purchased a second machine for our beach house. I can’t wait to use it on grout and tile. It’s not too heavy to carry when the tank is full and the cord and hose are longer than I thought they’d be. I’m thrilled with this purchase.

Looks great. Seems high quality. But... the full water tank blinks when it's empty, and it will not work at all. The power turns on, but the power button on the handle does nothing. Its is totally dead. I have checked that the float inside the tank is moving, and it is. I have double-checked the directions and the troubleshooting. Nothing works. No customer service # to call. Sent email. Talked to Amazon, all they can do is return and refund. Bummer. Update: Got a reply to the email. They wanted the amazon order # and a video. I tried to take a video, but Gmail has a limit on what I can send. Wrote the company to let them know. No reply. I also gave them the order #. No reply. Its been a week. It's extremely frustrating. Additionally, now that I am looking at the other reviews, I am seeing pictures of a different product. Meaning the reviews for this are not even for this exact model.
