I bought this cleaner to clean some spots of the carpet. It works well. I cleaned the spots two times and now, I am not able to see them anymore. The unit does a good job. Here are some things I don't like. I can not see when the clear water tank is empty. If you have problems with your hands, don't buy it. The lids are hard to open. If you have back problems, don't buy it. You have to get on your knees to use it. I wish this unit had a rigid pole, so I can stand up using it. This unit is more or less a small dirty spot remover. Cleaning is easy, you just rinse it under running water.

This carpet/fabric pet cleaner works really well with one major issue. The suction and water/cleaner distribution are great. It's easy to fill and use. Money wise, it's a great deal for what you get compared to the price of the brand-name pet cleaners. It works well at pulling up things out of fabrics, and it helped to save our mattress after a puppy accident combined with a waterproof cover malfunction. Size wise, I wish it could be a little bigger, especially the hose length. It's great if you have somewhere to set it that allows air into the base, but if you have to keep it on the floor or a hard surface while you clean something higher up, then the hose starts to feel really short. I had to hold the motor and water tank portion in one hand while cleaning our mattress with the other due to the hose length. So far, I haven't gotten any musty smells in it, but I also take it completely apart and rinse/run clean water through it and let everything dry thoroughly before I store it after use. Definitely read the instructions completely for upkeep to make sure it doesn't get funky on you. I love that the brush portions come apart to get any stuck hair and gunk out, so it doesn't just sit in there and stink, like my old pet carpet cleaner did. There is one huge flaw I have found. If your cleaner foams a lot, the float won't catch that. So if the water level is very low in the dirty water tank, but the cleaner foam gets above the max line, it will not shut off the suction and will then pull the foaming liquid into the machine past the filter and out the bottom of the vent holes. I had this happen while trying to clean the mattress with an enzymatic that ended up being very foamy, and I hope I didn't ruin the vacuum as foam and dirty cleaner came out the bottom vent holes and most likely got into the motor. I turned it off, took it apart, and let it dry out for a week before I tried it again. Hopefully, there is no long-term damage from this incident, but I really worry that I may have damaged it and ruined its longevity. Time will tell. The smaller brush kept the cleaner from foaming as much, but when I switched to the larger brush, it became a foaming leaking disaster, so use caution with foaming detergents and enzymatics.

5star, does as it should and honestly better than I expected. It will shut off if it gets hot ( thought mine burnt out first use in 10 minutes) just don't set it on plush surface and you'll be fine I think.

This works so great! We have two dogs and cleaning furniture and rugs regularly is a must! It comes with two attachments which are great sizes. I love that the clean and dirty water containers are separated and it worked great with the detergent we already had on hand. We used to use a Bissell, and honestly prefer this one as we think it worked much better! Definitely recommend.

This is a great little spot cleaner and has so far exceeded my expectations. I used it to clean the cloth seats in my Honda and wow did it do a great job pulling out all the dirt. Car smells much fresher now and the seats look great.

I have the Bissell version of this, and my daughter thought getting one would help her with pets stains from her dog. When I saw this, I ordered it for her and she's very pleased. She uses the Bissell solution added to the clean water tank, and has been able to get a stubborn stain out of her cream colored rug. She's really happy. She's in an apartment and finds this easy to store when not in use. Good directions, no leakage from the tanks, and it works well. Recommended.
