If you’re looking for a good quality entry level gaming computer I believe this one will make you happy. My son is 19yrs old and a gamer, but needed an additional computer to run when he’s here visiting his dear old dad so I bought this one for him. He really enjoyed it and it was easy to set up, and value for the money was awesome and I made sure it had Windows 11 (I had to send another computer back because it wouldn’t upgrade to 11) so this computer comes with Windows 11 pre-loaded! He plays Marvel Rivals a lot and Roblox so he needs a set up that’s fast and it runs well, and the graphics are very good. Cons: This computer comes with a really poor Wi-Fi antenna, it’s a small usb nib in the back of the computer. It’s very slow and weak, so we replaced it with a UGreen WiFi Antenna for around $14 and it made this computer scream with speed! No lag and very fast reaction time so he can move quickly. Overall: It’s a 👍🏽 Thumbs Up and I’d definitely recommend this computer, but know you’ll need to replace the WiFi Antenna! ... show more

TL/DR: 1st pc was a dud, my son cried Christmas morning, I did too. Can’t replace , you have to return & repurchase. Refund will take 14-30 days. The protection plan doesn’t transfer over to the new exact same pc, I have to again cancel and replace. The new pc works but I probably would not recommend based off of all the hoops I have/had to jump thru. For the Readers: The first one I received wouldn’t power one. The fan went ”urht” for half a second and that was it. My son has been asking for a desktop for 2 years and when I finally got it, it was a bust. My son cried a very little bc “that was the only gift I wanted and it’s not working” So I cried myself to sleep on Christmas. Will try to update when I get the replacement one🤞🏽 UPDATE: I couldn’t do a replacement for the pc, I had to return and repurchase the new computer, which I get but got d@mn!!!. I already paid $700 now I have to spend another $700 to fix a “not my fault” issue. I mailed the broke one back once I received the new one but the earliest I would get my refund is 14 days, WTH. The protection plan I bought for the pc can’t be transferred over either, so I have to cancel that one and then repurchase it for the new computer (FYI: I repurchased the exact same pc not a diff brand, not a different style, the same exact one but I have more hoops to go thru) The replacement computer turned on 🙌🏽 and my son has been playing it non stop. He is gaming with his buddies and doing his school work with no issues. The PC connected to the WiFi smoothly, it transferred files great. Everything was wonderful! I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3.5. The hassle to get here was unnecessary and I have to wait till earliest Jan 14 for the $700 refund to hit my account. Pssst, the cowboy hats that I also return when I returned the broke pc took less than 14 hours for the refund/money to hit my acct… but I get it..I guess. ... show more

Please please please don’t buy this brand or any other brand from them especially if you trying to play games like call of duty battlefield or even sports games it will not work the bios is unsupported so u can not boot secure mode which prevents you from playing a lot of games this pc also moves hella slow this is by far the worst pc ive had my ally rog performance is better than this it runs programs from 2012 and they have not fixed it returning this just like i returned other 3 products from them that i see now they use old software to build pcs TRASH ... show more

Wish I took photos of the packaging. Very impressed in that department. The pc came in a box with molded Styrofoam keeping the pc in place and a packaging pillow on the inside to keep the important components from shifting during shipping. After pulling everything out and plugging everything up the pc fired right up and we were able to use it immediately without issues. It's been able to handle the games we've thrown at it pretty well so far. One key note to keep in mind is some of the hardware is proprietary which means small upgrades like storage might possibly require a bigger upgrade down the road. But if ur purchasing this as a starting point and planning to upgrade motherboard/cpu/storage down the road then that won't be much of an issue. Very happy with the purchase. Everything works great, it would be hard to find a better value for the money currently ... show more

Honestly I heard a lot of bad things about this pc but honestly it’s a great starter gaming pc. It’s not a 5k$ pc but man for the price it’s amazing! My 12yr old is obsessed with it. Definitely an amazing starter pc. Would definitely recommend. No lagging at all. He plays COD, Roblox & a few other high definition games and man I tell you graphics are A1 and no lagging once so ever! Just let the shaders load for a great performance! Plugged up and computer would not stay on, trying to trouble shoot but should have to as the system should be ready to go. Very frustrating and inconvenient having to break down an entire “premade” pc that dosent operate properly. Now have to wait to hear back from support and possibly send back or wait days for pc to work. Terrible experience so far ... show more
