This is truly the best automatic kitty litter box! I only found it after searching high and low for every other brand while watching/reading thousands of reviews on each. I have no idea why this one doesn't come up when searching Amazon for the highest-reviewed automatic litter boxes. It should! We have a Maine Coon, so most other boxes will not give him enough room. The open-top design makes it easy for him to go and for us to clean whenever needed. Other designs are harder to clean than a regular scoop-it-yourself box. Because of the design, as the box starts to lift, it covers the poop with litter before it hits the grates, which keeps it fairly clean all the time.

I wish I have bought it long ago. It keeps the litter box clean all the time, saving me the time and effort to scoop the litter box. My cat is a clean freak. If there is any residual litter in the box, he would not use it and would pee or poo outside the box. I had to scoop the litter every time he used it. This machine has changed all that. It is safe, quiet and seals odor well.

it works better than my last one. Last one shaped like a dome with round hole, cat need to jump into the hole. One cat couldn't jump into it. This new one is easier for her to get into.

The top opened after it had already dumped the poop out, which I discovered at the end of a very busy day due to the fowl stench of cat poop that was everywhere accept for in the CARDBOARD garbage receptacle. I quickly realized why this thing will not last long even if I am get it to work as it is supposed to (which is questionable in the first place) that it will have troubles with the garbage receptacle door operation, as well accidents of any kind becoming a problem with having cardboard near or part of the litterbox. I requested a return & recieved a text message from the seller offering to send a second machine for free instead of a refund. I told them exactly the issues & that I just want to return it for a refund. Here we are a month later & I realize they never responded. So I tried to file a claim through Amazon & they say the time has elapsed so no refund. Seems really sus. Very disappointed & regret buying something so expensive from untrustworthy companies. Definitely learning my lesson

I have had the litter box for less than a yea, 2 slim Siamese kitties use it. Everything did fine until about a month ago. It seemed like the motor was slowing down, and the sifter was not working correctly. They sent me a new box! So very excited and then I plug it in and the cats start using it. The sifter tray operates, but it doesn’t go through its tilt motion to dump the waste into the waste box, it just stays on the tray and then the tray levels the litter. Anyone else had this problem? I have contacted customer service but no answer yet.

I was surprised at the size of this product but my cat was very happy with all the room. Once I got it set up she immediately stepped in and used it! No smell, no cleaning out by hand anymore and it’s so nice for both my cat and me!

I also had the same issues you did. Thanks to a nice person in customer service I was told if it's too far away from the internet modem it may not operate properly. I moved mine closer and it works perfectly. I am so happy with it and with customer service. Hope this helps someone.

We absolutely love the Popur Automatic Litter Box! Its open-top design made it the easiest adjustment for our cats, and it’s been a game-changer in managing our household of 11 cats. We were so impressed with its performance that we got a second one. One of the standout features is how effectively it manages odors, which is crucial when you have multiple cats.
