We recently purchased 2 Philodo Falcon e-bikes, and overall we’re very happy with them. The first step-through model unfortunately arrived with a bent rim from shipping/damage. At first, the original customer service representative we were dealing with was difficult to get responses from, which was frustrating. However, once we expressed concern and mentioned escalating the issue, the case was quickly taken over by another representative who completely turned the experience around. The new representative was responsive, professional, and handled everything quickly. They arranged the return and replacement in a timely manner, and the second bike arrived in excellent condition. We also had a small issue where the replacement bike’s throttle-assisted speed appeared limited to 15 mph. After reaching out, customer service again responded quickly and sent us a simple video tutorial showing how to correct the setting. The fix was easy and took only a couple minutes. At the end of the day, the bikes themselves have been great, and the second customer service representative really made the difference in our overall experience. Mistakes can happen with shipping, but responsive support matters, and they ultimately took care of us well. We’re happy with our purchase and enjoying the bikes. ... show more

By far the best bike for the money! Make sure the headset is tightened properly before you ride for the 1rst time and your golden! I get about 40 miles per charge with mixed riding. I usually have a bit of buyers remorse but not this time 😁 Have fun and be safe!

Have only had it a week and this thing is absolutely awesome. I have taken it through mud, high grass, on the road, etc. this definitely exceeded my expectations. Update, I've put 70 miles on this bike and I have been impressed by the toughness and hell that I have put it through. Also I am 260 lbs 6'3", and it doesn't care!!! ... show more
