The only problem was the air tube inside the tire but since you can replace those for 20 bucks and i spent 270 for the bike i find the trade off to be acceptable. please read the owners manual and product description before saying that the bike only goes 19 mph. it has a setting for top speed that you can change to 25 mph. its a bike selling for below market value. so think about where the cost sutting and adjust your expectations pls. The Assembly was easy to understand. The bike was mostly assembled upon arrival. it great quality for the price. the bike should cost around 700 but its half that. ... show more

It is a great bike. My only grievance is that it does not State what comes with it. Some of the pictures are very misleading. It is not the brand that it says it is. It comes with phone holderand bike lock also. It has roost guards for front and back wheels. Assembly was easy and took around a half an hour. Definitely worth it. ... show more

The bike is a blast to ride however it took a lot of work to get to ride it. I chose to assemble it myself and it was relatively simple to follow the instructions included. However the connectors that were already connected between the controller and the display were connected improperly and caused an e10 error to display with no power. After inspecting the connections, I found that the pins inside had bent and damaged the connector a bit. I straightened out the pin and it has been working great ever since. The bike feels great and looks great. I was able to get up to 25 miles per hour and it handles pretty good. The brakes are better than the tires so if you brake too hard they’ll lock up. I had an issue with the battery not being registered as well. Despite the default claiming to be 36V for some reason mine was set to 48V so it took me a little while to figure that out. Otherwise the bike has been working great so far. I recommend replacing the seat as well since the one it comes with is not very comfortable. If it worked right away it’d be a 5 star review however the troubleshooting took me 2 days and I am somewhat experienced in working on bikes which makes it not the best. When you get it together the directions don't tell you how to make it go BUT WORKS GREAT once you do 2 power buttons on battery then push M then +++++ And vroom!

As soon as I plugged in the charger it sparked and died. Edit: the sent a second charger which is great. The battery came charged and after the first ride it died which is fine. When I tried charging it wouldn’t charge so either the second charger is bad or the battery strait out of the box is bad. Either way this thing sucks ... show more
