Highly recommended! 100%!
Color: Black
I would like to share our experience with the bike we purchased. At first, we had an issue because the bike was not working properly, and this made us a little concerned, especially since the communication and support response took some time. However, once we were able to get in touch with the support team and explain the situation, they sent us all the necessary parts to fix the problem. After installing them, the bike worked perfectly! We are absolutely thrilled with the product. The size is perfect, the speed is excellent, it looks amazing, and we also love the tire size. The bike truly exceeded our expectations, and we are now completely in love with it. Although we were initially worried because it was a significant investment and not an inexpensive product, we really appreciate the support we received and the fact that the team ultimately helped us resolve the issue. We definitely recommend this bike. We are very happy with our purchase and grateful for the support we received. Excellent product!

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Color: Black
Good morning, The bike itself looks good, and my son has only ridden it twice since I purchased it. Unfortunately, he lost both keys to the battery, which means I am now unable to remove the battery from the bike’s port. I have already tried reaching out for assistance, but I have not received a response regarding a replacement key or a solution for the battery. I understand that my son lost the keys, but I still need assistance finding out what options are available to resolve this issue. The second problem is that the battery is not charging. At this point, I paid a significant amount of money for a bike that my son is unable to use. It is currently sitting in an empty room instead of being used for the purpose I purchased it for—getting him to and from school. I really need someone to respond and help me resolve these issues. Please let me know as soon as possible what can be done about getting a replacement key and fixing or replacing the battery. I would appreciate a response rather than being left without any information about what my options are. Thank you.

⭐ Excelente bicicleta eléctrica, potente y cómoda
Color: Black

Solid ebike
Color: Black
Purchased for my son, he rides it every day. The bike is perfect for him, he is 5'6". Nice speed, easy to handle, seems pretty durable takes bumps cleanly and handles good. Battery life is good. The reason for 4 stars is the hardware isn't labeled and you have to work through it on your own. The one issue I have that is pending resolution is the bolts for the kickstand do not fit, they are too large. Other than that I have no complaints, hopefully Amazon will get the issue resolved with the seller. Additionally, at 6'1", I am able to ride it, but my knees when pedaling feels restricted.

Worst bikes ever
Color: Black
I won’t even put a star rating for this bike. I purchased 2 bikes for my grandboys and we have had nothing but issues. They send the wrong part even after you send a picture and the part number. They send parts that don’t go with the bikes, parts don’t fit. It takes so long for them to reply back. We are stuck with a bike that don’t even run even after they sent 3 different parts. Worst bike ever

It works, sort of...
Color: Black
Have had this bike for several months now. Wanted to wait until I had experienced its use before writing a review. The battery does not live up to its claims for distance. It is down to one bar consistently after about 20 mi. of assisted cycling. The bike squeaks and squeals almost continually. The shocks are nearly non-existent and the ride is very rough. All in all, it is functional, but not enjoyable.
