This bike is a great all around bike. The throttle was sticking but I contacted tst and they sent me a new one right away. The bike works perfect now. Battery life on this bike is great, well worth the money, easy to put together and oncw unlocked is a pretty fast bike. The big cushioned seat is great for long rides. I'd buy again.

Front brake a bit sticky which locks down the motor, have to make sure brakes are fully disengaged. Otherwise works fantastic. Daily commutes go well. Works well for a bigger dude with no cargo. Pedaling is a bit difficult due to leg length (5" 9 tall) but I didn't get it to manually pedal. Plenty of charge for 3 mile commute 6 days a week throttle only. Have had a flat since running over stickers, but there was only 1 actual hole after like 10 of them hit the wheel so I'd say par for the course for tire + tube thickness. Get some slime and prefill the tubes or buy pre slimed tubes to save that headache.

A very nice and convenient step thru. I really like the styling. It came with extras I was not expecting such as the hydrolic disc brakes and white lettered sidewall tires, features I would expect in a higher priced bike. Overall quality seems very good. Good performance and lots of fun.

We had issues shortly after purchasing. Not sure what the problem was but the bike wouldn’t start. I went back and forth with the manufacturer through email for months. I kept uploading videos like the manufacturer requested. In the end, they wanted me to pay “had the shipping” ($150.00) to ship it back and then I would get refunded. I refused and ended up going back to the company I bought an extended warranty with (Allstate). Allstate ended up helping me and refusing me for the price of the bike. The manufacturer was useless. My son’s friend had very similar problems with his Ridstar e-bike.

It's been a long time saving up and finding the right e-bike for me, but I finally found it. The seat is so comfortable, and the bike did take time for me to get used to, but I love this e-bike so much. Each pedal assist system has its own range of miles and goes faster by 1 level. It gives you the feeling of riding a motorcycle. It also came in the box very carefully, nothing was bent or broken, and everything works just fine. You can also save the battery life just by pedaling as a regular bike. The assembly team did a great job as well and they went over everything that I needed to know.

Here’s a smoother, more polished version of your review while keeping your voice: --- I bought this bike intending it to be my daughter’s starter bike, but it turned out to be so great that she wants to keep it forever. There’s an app you can use to control the speed, which is perfect for beginners or for switching to a faster Class 3 mode as she gets more comfortable. Assembly was pretty easy—my 12-year-old and I put it together in under an hour, and she was out riding right away. It comes with a headlight and cable brakes, and the seat is large enough for two people, which is a nice bonus. The battery life has been impressive. She takes long rides around the neighborhood with her friends, and it usually only drops one bar. I’ve ridden it a couple of times myself, and it’s great for both kids and adults. Overall, it’s an excellent bike for the price—I wouldn’t even consider spending more on a higher-end one.
