This stuff is incredible. I had purchased it originally in a store and was so happy that I could order it online! It’s a healthier option to butter, and gives a hint of butter flavor without being overwhelming or artificial. It doesn’t taste exactly like butter but I wouldn’t expect it to, as it’s an olive oil, after all. I like to freeze some of it and use it as a spread on toast, use it instead of butter in baking and cooking, and on popcorn.

I’m just beginning to discover flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars so I don’t have significant experience in terms of brand comparison. I can say that I found the butter flavor to be a bit artificial but pleasant when used to add flavor dimension to recipes. This will not overpower the flavor profile but does make it interesting.
