  • Best E-Bike at Best Price! You Need This Thing Now! Best E-Bike at Best Price! You Need This Thing Now!
This is by far the nicest E-Bike on the market and is loaded with features all for a reasonable price. Great product and great company! Packaging on arrival was perfect. Setup takes 20 minutes and comes with all the tools and instructions. They give simple to follow written guide and access to video setup if needed. The bike is a big and sturdy. I’m 5’9” 175 and fits me perfectly. It looks great but where this thing shines is the beast of a battery, motor, and all the premium features. Great paint, shocks, frame, tires, rims, lights and welds. Quality parts used all around. If you are trying to decide from a group of moped-style, off-road and cruising E-Bikes, this is the one you should get. There are a lot that look similar but I can tell you from owning several different brands, this outclasses them all. Great range and it’s crazy fast. Pedal assist works amazingly. As stated earlier, this bike is just as comfortable off-road as it is cruising through town in style. Get this one! ... show more

  • Fantastic Ebike Value
Received the EUY Bike S4 without a scratch. Excellent packaging. Charged battery while assembling. This is my 5th ebike. Always charge battery fully before the first ride, as the cells are not evenly charged on a new battery. No issues with assembly. Might help to have an assistant, but it is doable by yourself. After a 15mile ride, only a couple issues. The front rotor is noisy. Either the caliper needs realigning, or the rotor is alittle bent. I'll address that today, but shouldn't be a big deal to quiet it down. Tire size on controller is set to 24" .... 22" is the spot to match display speed and phone GPS. There seems to be a discrepancy between battery percentage and battery voltage. Currently, after 15miles, it shows 65% remaining, but 50 volts. Low voltage cutoff is factory set at 41volts, so the battery % is not accurate. Nor really a problem for me, but worth mentioning. Experienced riders will always use volts. I like the 23amp controller. It allows me to change multiple settings to tailor the bike to my preference. The cadence sensor takes awhile to engage, with multiple rotations of the pedals. EUY Bike themselves says that program P11 is the setting to change it. Default is 2, but the range is 0-24. I have changed this to all kinds of settings multiple times, but there's no change to the cadence sensor pickup. Alittle frustrating, but can be overcome by using throttle at beginning of pedal strokes till the cadence engages. Pedals are very usable with PAS 1 and 2, or up to 15mph or so. I enjoy riding at lower speeds and it's nice to be able to pedal. Max speed I hit was 29mph ... that was after changing tire diameter. I really enjoyed cruising 20-25mph. The suspension is smooth and works really well. This S4 is an exceptional ebike at a fantastic price. ... show more

  • EUY E-BIKE S4 EUY E-BIKE S4
EUY E-Bike, so I got introduced to E-Bikes this past summer due to friends and fell in love right away. I typically take my time and research any big expenses and this was a big one for me. I took a solid month to research before I purchased two bikes from EUY E-Bike, the S4 and K6F. My main focuses were customer service, pricing, performance, speed and overall look. The EUY E-Bike S4, first of all I love the overall look. I really like it looking and feeling like a motorcycle. With the average speed of 27-28 (my top speed 30mph) I feel pretty comfortable riding it in the street especially my downtown area. With the huge headlight, that looks really cool and the automatic breaking rear light I’m quite comfortable riding it day or night. I will mention that I did get a stripped bike pedal for the S4. I emailed the company telling them the issue and they put in an order for a replacement right away. It took a little longer than I expected, but they were very helpful, kept me up to date and didn’t hassle me with the issue. (No questions asked.) Overall very good experience with the company and the bike Euy S4. Euy E-Bike K6F, I really love the look of this bike and get a lot of compliments on it. I originally got this style for more off road mountain biking and the fact that it folds in half. Liked the idea of it folding to be more compact to fit better in my SUV and taking it upstairs if needed to be. It does fold back and forth super easily, I do wish it was easier to wheel around while it’s folded, but not a super big deal. The only other thing I’d note is the lights. I was debating between the E-Bike K6 and K6F, which have different handle bars and headlights. It was worth it to me for the forked handle bars and the big headlight, which is the same on the S4. I do wish that the K6F did come with the automatic rear brake light though, like the S4. The K6F has a separate battery powered rear light, on the bike seat. I tend to forget to turn it on/off since it’s done manually and since it’s not connected to the breaks, it doesn’t brighten when breaking. Other than that, this bike is pretty awesome and my average speed is typically 29mph on the K6F. Overall I have really enjoyed riding both bikes. The handling, feel and speed, the quality and just the look of them. I have been pretty impressed and happy with the company as well, which is why they both get five stars from me. ... show more

  • The stuff that matters is made nice The stuff that matters is made nice
Color: Green Style: Standard
My one big complaint with the bike is that the handle Bars that it comes with are Cheap metal and the head piece broke on me aftwr tightening it so it wouldn’t move wile riding!! I replaced it with my handlebars and head piece from my spair bmx I had laying around so after the upgrade the bike is way more sturdy and I have no issue what so ever so ever with the handle bars. This bike is quick and in my opinion the bars it came with were kinda uncomfortable for how fast you can go!! Just want to be safe and feeing awkward at 32 mph isn’t the move in my opinion. And the light that it comes with is a joke it Bairly lights up 5 feet in front and like I said when your doing 32 and it’s dark 5 feet ahead of you isn’t necessary going to help at all!! Now for the good stuff The hub motor the bike comes with it’s good responsive and I feel like for how fast you go along with the range is a great deal for the price point! The frame is slolid it’s heavy and the paint on the bike had a very nice finish o definitely think the frame is made well! I commute to work 5 days a week and my commute is 13 miles and I’m able to get there no peddling on stage 5 hauling ass Take me about 40 min not Much faster than my commute in car. Overall compared to other e bikes I think with the capability of this bike along with the price point I would definitely buy again!!! I love this bike so hope my review was helpful! ... show more

  • Awesome!! Awesome!!
The pics are compared to my Vulcan 900 for a size comparison. This is my first electric bike and it does not disappoint. It is much bigger than I expected, but in a good way. I'm 6 ft, 275 lbs and I'm still getting up to 28 mph at full electric and a range of about 18 miles. The low mileage is because I'm heavy and riding on alot of grass with steep hills and on dirt wood paths using full electric. The shocks are amazing and really cushion while riding. I also have a full size cruiser motorcycle and this electric bike is just as enjoyable. Plenty of room to peddle if I want, easy to put together, and a freaking blast to ride. Much better than a mini bike or moped, no gas or oil just charge and ride. We are looking at purchasing another one already so we can ride together!! Love it, awesome, so much fun! ... show more

  • BEST ebike for rough terrain under $1,400 delivered!
I've put more than 206 miles on this bike. It has great range, at minimum 29 miles using full throttle on hilly gravel roads. At least 40 miles if you peddle 75% of the time going uphill or level. This bike is the BEST ebike for the $1300 to $1800 price range. We bought 4 different ebikes (after much study) & this was the best overall for the price. Improve 3 things to be perfect: 1. Front could use a reflector. 2. The seat extension leaves a crack between the front seat and extended seat. It should be shaped to mate up with the front portion. As-is, I sit on the crack and it is sorta uncomfortable. 3. Kickstand rubs the back tire and there is no adjustment to stop it. I had to redneck rig something. Customer service is prompt and understanding. I get it up to 29 mph on level packed gravel roads, 31 if I peddle a little. I hope this ebike does well because it's well made and designed. Enjoy the wind and scenery...safe cycling! ... show more

  • Exaggerated claims made in advertising
Color: Green Style: Standard
I bought the Cityrang 4.0 for my wife’s birthday. It’s easy for her to get on and off, and she likes the styling with the green paint and leather-colored seat and grips. The bike was easy to put together and works very well. She looks cute riding it. However… There are misrepresentations in the advertising. I expected the performance to be exaggerated, because everyone else does it, so I’m not surprised. Such behavior cannot be rewarded. These misleading claims are why I am only giving it 3 stars. 1. The ad on Amazon says the battery has 20 amp-hours of capacity. But the physical size of the battery matches other common batteries on the internet that have 13 amp-hours of capacity. So, I installed a fancy battery monitor meter on the bike that measures the true capacity in amp-hours. Starting with a fully charged battery, I rode the bike until it died. The battery died after 13 amp-hours. It is not a 20 Ah battery as the ad claims. A 20 Ah battery typically costs about $130 more than a 13Ah battery. 2. The ad claims the motor has 1500 watts peak power. It is really 1000 watts peak power. The controller is limited to 20 amps, and at 50 volts with a fully charged battery, that comes out to 1000 watts. There is no way for that motor and controller to put out more than 1000 watts, even for very short periods of time. I verified the 20 amp and 1000 watt power limits with my fancy battery monitor. 3. The ad claims the bike “achieves a range of 70 miles in pedal assist mode and 30+ miles in electric mode.” I went just over 30 miles on a full charge using pedal assist most of the time. I weigh 266 lbs., and we have some steep hills in our neighborhood. I pedaled the bike in 7th gear with PAS set to 3. I can pedal all day long at about 15 mph with this setting. I occasionally set the PAS to 5 so I could use full power to go up long hills and go faster. A person weighing half as much as I do might achieve the claimed range, optimistically. 4. The ad claims the bike goes up to 30+ mph. Out of the box I could reach 30 mph, according to its speedometer. But the speedometer was way off. According to the GPS on my phone it indicated 28% too high. I went into the secret settings menu on the display, and the tire diameter was set to 23 inches. The bike has 20-inch tires. I changed the diameter in the settings to 18 inches, and the speedometer now agrees with the GPS. On flat ground, the bike maxes out at 24 mph without pedaling. Even in 7th gear I cannot pedal fast enough to help the bike go faster. The maximum speed I have been is 31 mph, but that was going down a steep hill. Make sure you calibrate your speedometer before relying on it for speed or range. You can find some of the secret settings in the display’s manual. Search for the “Yolin YL81F User’s Manual.” Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find the exact list of settings for the Cityrang4.0. It’s a secret. Vefreedom doesn’t mention the configuration settings in their manuals. I understand that, because you can ruin the bike by using improper settings if you don’t know what you are doing. But, it would be nice if the settings that came with the bike were correct. To summarize, the ad exaggerates the battery capacity, the motor power, the range, and the top speed. Realizing that, it is not the great deal it seems. It is still a good bike, and probably worth the discounted price we paid for it. I considered returning the bike, but my wife likes it, and it would take me hours to disassemble and repack the box it came in. There are some things I really like about the bike: 1. The 7-speed transmission works very well. Gear 1 will get you up most hills with a dead battery, and gear 7 is good for continuous pedaling with PAS 3 on flat pavement at 15 mph. 2. The front suspension is nice and absorbs the bumps on the front wheel. With the smaller diameter tires, it helps a lot. 3. The fat tires are great for riding in gravel and grass. I don’t worry about going off-road to avoid strollers and dog packs on the bike trails. 4. I love the platform on the rear fender for mounting baskets and other accessories. 5. My wife is 5’3” and I am 6’2”. The range of the seat adjustment accommodates both of us! The bike is a bit small for my daily driver, but I can still ride it, and it fits her perfectly. 6. The battery does not communicate with the controller and display. This is a good thing! When the battery wears out, you can replace it with any generic battery. Many upscale bike manufacturers have handsome, molded batteries that look really nice, but you have to buy the original battery. Then the company goes bankrupt and you can’t get a replacement. Even if you use a generic battery, it won’t work because it can’t communicate with the controller and display. Then you need to replace the battery, the controller, and the display, and rewire the whole bike so the different connectors fit. (Ask me how I know!) There are a couple other things I don’t like. The brakes are not great, but they work. Plan ahead! The display does not show the volts in the battery, except for a bar graph with 5 bars. It is almost impossible to estimate how much energy you have remaining by watching this display. I added the fancy battery monitor that totals up the amp-hours and shows an accurate percentage of how much energy remains in the battery. I am good with electronics, so this was easy for me. Unfortunately, not everyone will be able to do this. Overall, I like the bike. It’s good for a tinkerer like me. For someone who isn’t so handy, I would recommend a more expensive upscale bike from a reputable company that will be around for a while. A little more honesty in the advertising would be appreciated! ... show more

Although I haven’t spent a long time on the road with the e-bike yet, I have to say something about the set-up. The set-up was simple and straightforward. The bike is much nicer than I expected and the instructions were clear. There are some items where the instructions don’t match the parts, but in each situation the install was easier than the instructions led it to be. That’s because they seem to have exchanged a less complicated parts then when it was initially manufactured. This bike is quick! I have to say until I decide on a proper helmet, I most probably will not be riding much until I find a helmet I’m comfortable with. If anyone has helmet advice, I’m all ears. If you’re looking for a e-assisted bike this is a great choice. I’ll update as I get more experience. ... show more
