This is my wife's bike. She's 5'4" and it is pretty perfect for her. Lots of power. The speedometer stopped working and would go from 0 to 99 when riding. I assumed a sensor had gone bad and emailed Deepower customer service. They promptly responded and suggested it was the speedometer itself that failed and sent me a new speedometer. They were correct and my issue was resolved. They stand behind their product.

Since bike has arrived and have driven around a small bit. The pedal has snapped without taking any damage. The brakes grind and squeal no matter what and had adjusted by a local e-bike shop. Both tires got a little thorn in them and managed to pop both tires. Kickstand won’t stay securely on and has to be retightened constantly. One of the batteries arrived defective and won’t work. Braking is not very good with the brakes grinding constantly. Avoid this bike and company at all costs. Save and buy better more reputable Brand.

This is my first bike ever and it was quite easy to learn how to drive, and it seems to be really nice and cool bike. The only thing I didn’t like is the manual. The barcode for installation guide didn’t work and I had to follow the manual and it was quite challenging, especially I never had any experience with electric bikes assembly . At the end everything looks very easy but on the stage of figuring out it was very unclear what to do. I had to search for YouTube videos to figure out some of the assembly details.

It would be good to have an extra tube as just putting 35 psi into the one blew and it took forever trying to find a tube that would fit, finally had to order replacement. Also the kick stand fell off as did a lot of other bolt, screws and spacers, it would’ve been helpful to have extra ones enclosed.

Rear tire inner tube had a weak spot and blew out the tire first ride at 15lbs of pressure No major issue I ordered heavy duty tubes and tires. Bike overall is amazing and is nice to ride and pulls short hills very well and I weigh 230lbs. Just needs instructions on how to change settings on display. If available please forward information.
