The Bike itself is awesome! There is no denying that. It has a huge battery, and a website you can purchase a second battery for. You pedal to get up to speed and then just throttle down to cruise. I rode 7 miles and only used 1/3 the battery. The bike seems a bit small for me I am 6 ft. But it's not uncomfortable. The only major complaint I have is there is no instructions to switch the LED digital display to MPH & Miles from Kmh & kilometers. UPDATE* After contacting the seller they informed me they are all shipped with a kmh speedometer. However they were more than willing to ship me out the correct one, as there is no way to switch it through a menu. Last photo is my new mph speedometer!

It's pretty rugged and it absolutely blew past all my expectations. The speedometer is not accurate whatsoever and the handle bars don't have any spline groves at the mounting point (I used metal glue). My left crank needed a washer to hold it tightly. I was able to get up to 32 mph w/o the limiter. ( Put a switch between limiter wire works great) For the money I'm very happy with this and I ride it daily. I get about 20 miles per charge, more if I'm peddling. It's perfect for commuting and modding which was my plan to begin with. Very well built and durable frame, good suspension, I'm 6'2 and I can put up with it but the seat could stand to be raised a bit. It's no goat or happy run but it's cheaper and I don't mind drilling a hole or two in it because of it. Would recommend buying a tire liner or upgrading the tires. Lights are nice turn signals work well.

The bike is good and really affordable but I had some problems with the display monitor and the handbrake and they did not own up to their warranty and they also take long time to respon and I had difficulties trying to get replacement parts even though I have a 1-year limited warranty.

This is my first bike ever and it was quite easy to learn how to drive, and it seems to be really nice and cool bike. The only thing I didn’t like is the manual. The barcode for installation guide didn’t work and I had to follow the manual and it was quite challenging, especially I never had any experience with electric bikes assembly . At the end everything looks very easy but on the stage of figuring out it was very unclear what to do. I had to search for YouTube videos to figure out some of the assembly details.
