So I'm a college student and I bought this laptop just for homework and I must say I'm impressed. It does everything I needed for my classes like research and typing document with amazing battery life. Futher more I'm also an editor for the church that I go to I usually edit on my desktop but I tried putting premiere pro and photoshop on it and it does a decent job at editing. Of course it lags and dragging throughout the timeline was laggy but it actually edit videos and photos. I'm planning on trying to get the ram upgraded to 8gb not sure if it's possible but that should make it run software better. This laptop for me as a steal for the price ... show more

The computer arrived exactly when they said it would. It arrived in top condition with charger and all. The software wouldn't allow me to download "restricted apps" not native to microsoft. Having said that, it was easy enough to fix with a quick google search of the model of the computer. This computer is reliable but not good for gaming. For reference, it runs side-scrollers in slow motion. It has great memory and plays movies fine. It is exactly what I wanted and was hoping for, so 10/10. Thanks guys! ... show more

Excellent low cost computer for school and everyday computing needs. Smooth running and fast enough to handle browsing, documents, video and music. Very lightweight with great battery life up to 9 hours it can get you thru a work day. Got it for my daughter at college and almost kept it for myself. 2020 update: Price concerns - between Dec 2019 to Sept 2020 the price moved from $170 to $361. Over $191 in a matter of months. The computer runs great. It was not in S mode as advertised but I would have turned that off anyway. I had no issues with bloatware or annoying pre-installed content. I got this computer as a lightweight and portable work computer using microsoft apps and web browser and it is perfect for this. It came with a line of dead pixels along the top of the screen but it is a small issue and easily ignored. Great value for my money. Only other gripe is that vendor sent wrong charging cable that was not compatible with the laptop, but i had an old charging cable that was compatible so i did not need to contact the vendor to resolve the issue. ... show more

I bought this for a job I no longer have. I only needed it for creating word documents so it was fine. I’m told I’d need a lot more memory for anything serious, but now my kid is just using it to learn how to type, and we stream movies on it.     • Its got a glitch!

I thinks its a good laptop just has ONE glitch... Once you try to turn it on after its been turned off for a day or two. You have to hold down the power button in order for it to do something/ then a black screen with random codes lettering appear and it says to reboot hit "enter" then i do it totally turns off and i have to power it on again...then it works.. This happens I've noticed every time i leave it alone and try to come to it a couple days later..I'm really needing the laptop that doesn't do this.. Thinking on sending it back Has this happened to anyone else?? ... show more
