Love this! It came in quite a few pieces but was super easy to put together, as was the setup! The size is perfect its not super tall of bulky... looks a little futuristic and very sleek and nice! Came as described with all the accessories like mat for front, bags and deodorant Inserts. The app and wifi install was super easy as well, and its not high off the ground at all... maybe hard for kitten or older/disabled cat. Overall im super happy with it and it looks great in my home! Would definitely recommend! It came next day, with a passcode for delivery to ensure security for high priced item which i liked! And like I said putting it together was easy! Maybe took a half hour from opening to plugging in and getting it setup. The design inside is safe and the rotation is slow, it stops when a cat enters if its mid clean, but the speed it rotates is safe as well. Draw with bag is easy to pull out and access, this is definitely a great addition if you hate scooping the mess! Super happy with purchase and definitely recommend! ... show more

Overall, this litter box is a game changer and has made my life much simpler. It’s quiet, efficient, and easy to clean. A few items of note: - Possibly due to the height of the opening, my cats jump in and out of it and that causes litter to fly out and all over the floor. The litter mat is way too small to catch the litter so I’m having to sweep the area a few times a day. - During setup, connecting it to WiFi was far more time consuming and frustrating than it should have been. I have a separate WiFi network created for IoT devices (2.4ghz) and after about twenty attempts to connect, I ended up adding it to the network I have for my alarm system. Eventually I’ll try it again on the correct network. - Since the opening is so high, I had to purchase a step to place in front of it. I’ve seen models by other brands that come with a step but this one does not and my older cat did not want to use it because of needing to jump to get in. After I purchased a third party step, my older cat began using it. - I also have a PetSafe Smart Scoop litter box and figured they would use the same app. I now have two apps that I have to use to for the products. I assumed this new one could be added to the other PetSafe app so everything would be in one place. ... show more

I was so excited to try this out. With multiple cats, I am changing the litter ALL THE TIME. It was alot of work, and time that I didn't have. With this, it takes the work and time away. The media could not be loaded. So far, my cat has only used it a couple of times. But from what I have noticed, it was easy putting it together with the instructions, and it is very quiet. I don’t hear it when it ships to sift the litter. It does dump a little bit of extra litter when it’s sifted but that may be because I use Crystal litter. It has an app that goes along with it, which is also very easy to set up and you can even change the weight of the litter or the cat that’s in the box from kilograms to pounds. This is a very expensive product that proves to be worth the price tag. If it does all the things it says it does. I will update this review in a few weeks. ... show more

He enjoys watching it cycle more than using it because he is a terror of a cat. At first I was blown away by how nice this was and it was such an easy put together. I do like how u can have the app on ur phone but for me it seems pointless. You dont get instructions on how to setup the wifi and everything else so I havent gotten that figured out. It doesn't clean the litter properly but it does keep the smell away. Its a nice machine for my 1 cat but I wouldn't spend so much on it. ... show more

It worked well for a week, then litter started clumping to the sides of the device, requiring some level of scraping or scooping. I have two cats. It does not discern between both of them correctly. It says the cat is inside the box when it’s not the add litter function does not work. I’m currently waiting for a reply because I cannot have a non-working litter box All in all, I am not impressed with this product ... show more

Only challenges were finding the best litter to use and then setting the correct cleaning time after the cats used it to give the litter time to clump so it wouldn't make a mess when it spins for the cleaning cycle. The best litter I found for our two cat household was the Arm & Hammer Clump & Seal Slide (Multi-Cat formula). I set the timer to can 15 minutes after the cats exit the litter box. That has worked very well and I have not seen anything stick to the drum when it spins to clean. I tried all natural clumping (worlds greatest brand) and a clumping crystal litter as well.
