Just got it and love it so far. We had the old version for about 5 years. It was so easy - no phone app. Some people like that so it can tell you when the cat has used it and when the bag is full plus lots of other things. I don't want any of my appliances texting me. My husband thinks its hysterical so he has the app. I really like the style and upgrades. I thought I put the battery in wrong when I hooked up the fragrance mister because it was face down and started smoking. It was just the spray - which is not at all wet, more like a fog. Pretty cool. I"m so grateful I dont have to scoop out of an open litter box anymore. My husband is not a cat person but he thinks it's funny to get a text saying the cat has excreted. The litterbox used to be kept under the counter in his bathroom. Now it's downstairs in the laundry room since it doesnt stink anymore. This makes it so easy. We are getting more and more like the Jetsons (for you young 'uns - that's an old futuristic cartoon set in space where they drive flying cars and have a personal robot Rosie, plus an automatic dog walker for Astro. Check it out.) I wish they would come up with some version for dogs.

This is a big litter box for your house, but that's not a bad thing. This litter box is spacious for our 2 cats, works like a charm and we have had little to no issues with it. And to be honest, when I say little, those are issues that are expected with cleaning when you buy a litter box. The poop box holds a decent amount before it has to be replaced, it fits regular 4 oz trash bags, which is great. Wear and tear of it demands some light cleaning from time to time, nothing crazy to us and it did in fact reduce our need for cleaning by a lot. My only recommendation to the manufacturer would be a "fill litter to litter box" after the weight drops on the interior, but that just even more convenience for us. It did make our lives so much easier that sometimes we forget to add litter to it (our cats remind us immediately though)!

Overall, I like the product. Functional as expected. Very slick design and ease of use. A lot of people complain about this product leaking but so far it hasn’t yet. I will update later if it does. My product doesn’t come with odor spray so I end up buying one from other website. After receiving the odor spray kit, it didn’t fit into the side hatch door because it was missing a hook to attach the sprayer. Apparently, if you don’t buy the whole package with the odor spray, the litter box won’t come with a special side hatch that you to hang the odor sprayer. I try to contact customer service to buy a special hatch door separately but no respond until now. I took out 1 star because of bad customer service. Another star because of the incompatible side hatch door. Why don’t you guy provide a side hatch door with an option to attach the odor sprayer if one decide not to buy the whole bundle ? Updates: I contacted customer service and they willing to ship me a free side hatch door that hook the Odor sprayer. I just need to pay $12.99 for shipping. I think it’s pretty nice of them so I add 1 more star for post-customer service. Also, cleaning was super easy. Everything part is removable to clean.

This litter box has been a game-changer for me and my cats. It’s very spacious, quiet, and keeps everything clean without any effort on my part. (This will be "THE REASON" that you will regret buying) ** THIS IS YOUR CHOICE TO CHOOSE TO UNDERSTAND THIS PRODUCT - PLEASE PREAD BELLOW When did I buy: 5 days ago from this date. Here's why I rated so low: 1.) CONSISTANT MALFUNCTIONS 2.) CONSISTANT CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS 3.) RUSTING PARTS 4.) INSTRUCTIONAL MANUAL IS NOT ACCURATE TO WHAT IT SHOULD BE What was the problem with the product? Answer: a. There were too many annoying issues to constantly unable to solve minor issues; therefore, I had to watch approximately 10 videos online as to what the issue could be. b. Had to constantly take apart and put it back together > resulting with malfunctions that would not be able to fix it self. c. Being a tech person myself and understanding that there can be underlying issues, the configuration and the coding for the sensors are absolute trash. d. It is not worth the money that it displays when you look into this product. Was buying the product worth it? Answer: No, it is not worth your money for the amount of constant issues and malfunctions. ( Yes, I say this once again > It is a horrible product ). Even some of the parts were rusting because you "aren't supposed to twist the deodorizer too "tight"; therefore, the liquid leaked". What are my thoughts? Answer: If I could tell anybody off of the street or any pet store that would want to sell this, I would let them know they are making a huge mistake and a horrible choice. I would rather pay the Litter-robot 4 (TOP TIER AUTOMATIC CLEANING LITTER BOX ON THE MARKET) than for my money to be spent on this ridiculous product. When it comes to making someone's life smooth and livable with buying things on amazon, this product will test your emotions and regret pressing the amazon button "ADD TO CART". I have wasted ENDLESS amounts of hours trying to fix this "so called..AMAZING AUTOMATIC LITTER BOX", and the past 5 days, I literally regretted every choice that I had made and breathe. I look into products for quality, effectivity, long-term life and I would lose a breath for this product.
