We had no issues until after about 2 years. Some of the logs cracked and/or crumbled and fell apart. We live in the south so they only got some use about 2 months out of year. Until then no complaints.

I purchased this product with it arriving in a well packaged box with all components well packaged. Outside of the item mentioned below, I had no problem installing the display. Although I purchased a line supply set containing several fittings, the line that came with that set was quite long. I attempted to locate a shorter line with appropriate fittings from 2 large chain hardware stores and a local store specializing in fireplaces - no luck. I ultimately purchased the recommended supply line and fittings but are NOT enclosed with product. Now that its in - it works well and look forward to some fire lit ambiance.

Worked out fine, you will need to get your own flexible gas line ( not included ) and then like 3 trips to Home Depot to buy proper connections/adapters. Otherwise 👍

Measuring your fireplace is one of the most important first steps in finding the right gas log set. This set was clear in its size and has received many positive stars, so I bought it. I was not disappointed. It was relatively easy to install. My fireplace already had a gas line coming into it from the wall, but it was capped off. For over 30 years, we had used it as a wood burning fireplace. The most difficult part of the entire installation, was removing the cap off of the gas pipe. Once that was done, the installation was easy. I did have to buy the gas hose from the gas pipe to the gas log set, but that was easy to buy at a local hardware store. You have to ensure that it is for a fireplace gas log set. The only other challenge is how to arrange the logs to maximize the look.

Great product. Looks great in the fire place. Better than I was expecting. Item arrived a lot quicker than expected, 2 days after purchase. Excellent customer service, this item was stolen off my front porch and the seller was kind enough to work with me on a replacement. Very much appreciated.

I was lucky enough to purchase these as an open box item. They are beautiful Logs! They look very grand in my fireplace. I still need to figure out the perfect arrangement to maximize the heat distribution. I loved that they came with a grate and sand. I highly recommend if you need a set of fireplace logs that look grand.

I bought these because they are supposed to be among the best logs on the market. Very satisfied with warmth burner emits, and the look of the logs. However, the finish has worn off of both sets within the first few weeks of operation; all manufacturer's installation specs were followed and installed on fireplace that had building permit for construction and gas line by my city.

I really like this - I mean, there's not a gas log set anywhere that looks just like a good, roaring, wood, fire in a fireplace - but these are a nice approximation. No futzy pilot light, no temperamental ignitor... just hook up the burner to the incoming gas line, spread the included sand and "glowing embers" material, place the grate, arrange the logs, use the valve nearby to regulate the flow of gas, and employ a long match or long-nosed gas-lighter to light the thing. Easy, fifteen-minute, installation with the hose, fittings, (and a bit of fresh pipe joint compound) we used on a previous set. Actually puts out a bit of heat, too.
