It was easy enough to put together took about a 30 minutes. The connections are a little wiggly but not enough to be worrisome. It is tall. Over 7ft tall and then you need another 4ft of clearance above it. It throws a lot of heat in all directions. We used it in our screened porch for the first time the other night. And you could feel the difference between outside and the porch, the moment you open the door. So I was surprised how blocking just our screen is. Because I don’t want my house and ceilings to melt, I think I might relegate this to outside and get 2 shorter ones for the porch. The wheels make it easy to move around. So far we only used it on medium for 5 hours when the temperature went from 78 down to 58 at sundown. We are in the mountains of NYS. It started right up. I was told by other people “oh those things suck gas fast “ but really it used a lot less propane than I expected. So overall I am really pleased with this purchase. ... show more

This product came wrapped with layers of tape around the box. I should have sent it back just looking at the box it came in. Due to injures I couldn't put it together myself. After sitting in my garage for two weeks my daughter's boyfriend put it together for me. He found bent parts, scratched parts, missing screws and dented parts. What a joke. This was super easy to put together- EXCEPT the fact that I am 5’5. I could NOT GET THE TOP HALF CONNECTED TO THE BOTTOM HALF. I had to get my 6’6” 17 yo son to do for me!! Other than that.. I did it -all by myself!

There was some kind of defect in the pilot assembly. I was irritated, but crap happens so I contacted the seller (Trend Hive). They responded very promptly, asked some questions to understand where the problem might be, and VERY promptly shipped a replacement part.
