Installed easily, looks great! Still hasn't snowed yet, so we will see if it performs with the weight of the snow. I believe it will given the construction I did have to calk a little with Silicone to make water tight due to the siding that was already there.

For the price of this item should be included a Steel Hex-Nut-Head Wedge Anchors to do a ease installation on a concrete wall. Other wise a concrete bit, same size for the screws included on the installation kit for a ease installation on a concrete wall
