Being able to move feet sideways is the main reason to get this. You naturally widen in to a proper width without having to force it and an added bonus is that the handle bars are positioned wider than other air gliders as well. Great if you have Hip mobility and shoulder issues. The only nit picks I can say is that the foot hold is slippery without shoes and that it might feel slightly unstable since the feet can move sideways and it's not locked down. Both of these you get used to once you adapt to a pace. Other than that works like every other air walker. Arrived early and no problems with the packaging. Good for LISS cardio while watching movies etc for long periods of time.

Nice machine that is easy to use. Well built. I'm knocking off one star due to at the end of the assembly I was putting on the electronic control and found that the connector for the Heart Beat monitor was not on the wire. Looked as though it was cut off or never installed. I figure I would not use that much but when you purchase something new you want it to be complete.

I bought this air walker elliptical machine because my doctor said I need to do more cardio, but running outside is too hard on my knees because of regular gravity. Let me tell you, this machine has zero gravity. You step up into the plastic foot-boats, grab the two tall arm-sticks, and suddenly you are scissor-kicking the air like a giant, graceful spider. You don't even lift your feet. The assembly was very easy absolutely no noise at all. The size is compact enough to fit by my lounge window facing my tv. Best workout in an economical rate.

Just like other reviews, DO NOT PURCHASE. As a PT, this device is absolutely not worth buying. For ample reasons: 1) The assembly is ridiculous & the counter device didn't even work after I spent ample time assembling this bloody unit. 2) Once assembled, I checked the stride and overall workout capabilities minus the "Motherboard Device " not working, this is surely an absolute waste of $$$. The stride is compromised, no full range of motion whatsoever, you will get zero acceleration of heart rate, etc. 3) SAVE THE BOX! I had to return the item for reasons listed above and it has literally taken me almost 1 week to find a box to send the item back. 4) Do not purchase.

update to previous feedback. company credited purchase after I also mentioned the item doesn't fold flat as stated in Amazon Alexa answer to that question. After 3 difficiences after purchase, I decided to give themn an additional star for the refund. We'll see if I recieve the free mat as offered, when in reality it's not even avialable (yet). Seems like "false advertising" to me

I am very happy with this machine. It is easy to assemble, doesn't take up much space, and allows for a comfortable home workout. The movement is smooth, and the moving arms help work both the legs and the upper body. An excellent option for staying active without needing to go to the gym.
