I needed a cord to run out about 75ft out in the snow to my oil pan heater on my car. The hardware store only had super high wattage cables for over $100 (one was over $200) or cheap flimsy ones. This cable had all of the features of the $100 cable and cheaper than the flimsy ones. Granted, it's not rated for 3000 watts, I only needed 500. The ends of the cable appear to be very well made and solid. The LED on the one end was a must for me. The cable is now in a trench through the snow and under a carpet. It kept quite flexible at 20. Shall see how well it makes it through the winter. If I need another cable, gonna skip the hardware store and get another one of these. ... show more
