When the litter box first arrived I was surprised how big it was, the box is very large, but I appreciate the size because it has a good size area for the cats to go into. Opening it up was great! The packaging was super premium and way more secure than I was expecting from something that isn’t necessarily name brand. I’ve never had an automatic litter box but this was super easy to get started. Just snap on the feet, add it to the app and fill it with litter. The functionality is impressive, you can choose how often it cleans and delay times in the app. The cleaning has been excellent and cleans super good with no mess! Noise level is also way better than I expected, if you have tv noise or conversation noise in the room you won’t even hear run. I have two cats and three other normal litter boxes. My cats haven’t used it much but I think it’s mostly because they are used to the other ones. They seem very comfortable with this one and definitely not scared to go by it. Overall I really like this litter box and for the price this is a super premium product!

The media could not be loaded. I never thought I’d get excited about a litter box, but this self cleaning one has honestly made my life so much easier. The biggest relief is not having to scoop every single day. About a minute after my cat hops out, it quietly takes care of everything and moves the waste into its own bin. No smells lingering, no messy clumps sticking around. With the large trash compartment, I can go well over a week without emptying it, which is a huge win in a multi cat household. The odor control really impressed me. I was skeptical at first, but the enclosed design and sealed waste bin actually keep smells locked in. Even when I walk right past it, there’s no noticeable odor. The interior also doesn’t get that gross buildup thanks to the smooth, waterproof lining. It stays surprisingly clean, which means less deep cleaning for me. Safety was a big concern, and this box clearly puts that first. The infrared sensors and weight detection are very responsive. If my cat even gets curious and peeks back in, the cleaning cycle pauses immediately. That gave me peace of mind right away. I also love the app feature. Being able to check how often my cats are using the box has been unexpectedly helpful. It’s reassuring to track their habits and catch any changes early. Setup couldn’t have been simpler. It arrived mostly assembled, so I just plugged it in, added litter through the wide opening under the cute little cat ear top, and that was it. Bought this robot for my mom's house, and it works just as good as the name-brand robot (I'm sure you know to which I'm referring) I have at home. The difference is this one is half the price! Simple to setup and operate. It cleans reliably, keeps odors under control, and runs quietly in the background. The app is simple to use (but not necessary), and the real‑time tracking is a nice bonus. It also does a great job keeping litter mess and smell contained. Overall, it saves a ton of time, very cute with the little cat ears, and works exactly the way you want an automatic litter box to work. No fuss, no muss. Well worth the money if you're sick of the stink and hassle of scooping!

Wanted to love this but absolutely hate it. I have three cats ranging from 8 - 19 lbs. they all use it faithfully but the litter attachment underneath does not fit securely anywhere even though there seem to be “tracks” for guides. Those “tracks” are too wide for the litter receptacle so it just sits underneath. No matter how far or shallow I put the receptacle after changing the bag, there is ALWAYS urine on the front of the bag lining. The urine is not on the front of the machine but appears to seep through the wheel as the cats are urinating. There is always adequate litter based on the minimum to maximum guidance range listed on the wheel inside. We bought the urine made for litter robots, quick, hard clumping and when you use the night function so you are not woke by the cleaning noise many times the clumped litter gets stuck to the top of the wheel and I have seen twice where it falls on one of the cats. We have used it for almost 3 weeks and nothing we try helps. We always have a urine mess to clean up daily, if not more. It is small for my 19 lb cat though he uses it. It has smelled from day one due to lack of secure fitting of the receptacle. The only good thing I can say about it is all three cats took to it immediately and they range from 2 to 18 years old. Otherwise it is a huge regret but and my husband threw away the box so I cannot send it back. We did send the second one we bought back before even opening it because of the functionality of this one. We have used the pet safe tray style automatic litter collected for years and though it is an open tray it was no where near as messy and smelly as this one.

Easy set up . Our cat has been using this for 2 months without any issues. Easy to empty, easy to fill and just easy to clean. With one kitten we have used 1 container of litter ( not the tub/ bucket amount) once a month. This has been absolutely amazing. We had the litter robot before but hard to clean . This one definitely is a more affordable solution and brand. Highly recommended
