I got this bench to extend what work outs I can do with resistance bands and some dumbells. I looked at a lot of the benches on Amazon before I decided on this one; mostly because it had decent reviews and was on sale. The range for the angles you can do with the back rest is decent. I wish it would go more upright, but it’s not that bad. The folding ability was less ah dry than I though it would be. I’m limited in space, but I find myself just leaving the bench setup and moving it tot the all side of the room. The only main issue I have with this bench is the vertical height of the leg cushions. The bottom one is so close to the bench stand that your shoes would have a hard time getting under the cushion. The overall height of the upper leg support from the floor is also an issue, as I feel like I’m squeezing myself into an area made for a child to work my abs. The cushion is also a tad thin. I would have also would have loved some hook mount points for resistance bands as well. Overall, you do get a decent bench for the price, but be aware there are some issues that you would need to deal with.

This is a decent quality weight bench that went together easily with the exception of one bolt in the seat bottom. No matter how careful I was to not cross thread it, it ended up doing just that. The rest of the assembly was pretty straightforward and everything went together as it should have so I think I just got unlucky and one of the sockets for that particular bolt on the seat was installed at a weird angle. It happens and luckily it hasn't affected the integrity of the seat bottom. As for the bench construction itself, the parts are all metal and good quality though it wouldn't have hurt for them to use a heavier gauge steel in it's construction. I personally wouldn't want to put this bench to it's advertised limit of 660 pounds. The seat material is very durable, thick vinyl which should hold up for a long time. The padding is pretty hard, but considering what I use this for that's a good thing as it means the padding won't wear out as easily over time. There are a lot of adjustments for the seatback which is nice, and the ability to fold it up and store it say, under a bed is really nice if space is a factor for you. All in all I'd say it's a good bench but I do think they could knock $20 off the price to make it more competitive.

It’s important to read the manual before setting up. I searched for a bench that holds a great deal of weight. It advertised that it holds 661lbs. I weight 278 & only lifting about 80lbs max right now so I thought this was perfect. When I read the manual it states the maximum body weight is 265lbs. I know I’m not too far from that but I was hoping the bench could help me get there. I use it now I could risk injury so I will be returning. I’m glad nothing was removed from the box.

Its a nice small bench that offers a few options for positions and workouts. Big enough to make good use of but small enough to fit into a small area. Well made and comfortable to use. I have no issues depending on it to hold strong for me
