I bought this for my son, who had been spending his day at the gym, but frankly I’ve grown tired of driving him there (and back)... With this bench he’s been able to perform most exercises he does in the gym and has added a few new ones as well. The bench was easy to set up, with clear instructions. It took me about an hour and a half. I probably could have done it in an hour but I kept having to run back inside from the garage for it was absolutely freezing that day. A good all around bench for beginner to intermediate weight lifting exercises. .

I bought this for my son for Christmas. I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I can attest that is super solid construction material and quality. It took me about an hour to put it together but the instructions were easy to follow and the two packs of hardware were labeled and easy to follow. Good value for the money. I just wish the weights and weight bar to add to it weren't so expensive.

I bought this weight bench for my son 16th birthday he loves it and I’m very happy with it he can use it in his room it’s not to big I like that it comes with resistance bands so that he can use that as an alternative to the dumbbells.. it was also very easy to assemble he did it by himself
