I've been using this bench for about a month, seems to be a pretty solid. Not using it for heavy bench presses, so can't say exactly how much weight it will hold. Assembly instructions were easy, and it's one of the few benches in this price range that offers the barbell rack and folds away! The media could not be loaded. I've been using this bench for over a week now, it's worked pretty well in my small bedroom. The bench is very sturdy and easy to fold it up. The assemble is pretty easy if they separate and number the screws, at first it was a little confuse but I figured it out. The only thing I don't like is the D-shape Carabiner clip is plastic, I prefer stainless steel come with it for the price, also the package came very nice and organized. Overall, I'm Very happy with this purchased, I'd recommend if you workout at home. ... show more
