Easy to set up. Like that the machine is open top. My cats don’t feel crowded & they don’t lose sight of each other. No surprises! Machine cycles quietly and safely. My cats took to this machine straight away and actually is a form of entertainment for them. Handling our multiple cats with ease. Takes the burden out of scooping litter twice a day. Cleaning is a breeze, I simply use wipes & an enzyme cleaner in & around the drum. Waste bags fit the bin nicely. Pull out the bin, cinch the bag closed and toss. Replace bag and slide the bin back into place. Saves the back from a lot of bending. Machines don’t have to be too technical to be effective. If I am concerned about who is doing what, I look out for them!! If you’re worried about keeping track of your little ones, you can do that without a camera!! This machine is everything you need!!

This was a decent box WHEN it worked. There would be issues here and there with the lights blinking (therefore the box wouldn't be working) and I'd have to realign the basin in order to get it back to functioning (which isn't ideal if out of town or working long hours). However, it's completely not working at all now. Won't dump waste. I bought it at the end of October- so it's worked decently for about 3ish months. Not a great value. I've reached out to the company so we will see if I hear back.

I just received this litter box and I’m already impressed! Assembly was quick and easy, and the modern design looks great in my home. The large open top makes it comfortable for my cat, and the self-cleaning feature works perfectly—no more scooping. I also love the app control: I can see when my cat uses it and start or stop cleaning from my phone. The safety sensors work flawlessly and it runs very quietly, so my cat isn’t afraid. Great quality for the price, especially with the discount. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a clean litter box with minimal effort!

Overall, I'm very happy with this product. Here are the pros and cons Pro 1) It is very quiet 2) It does a decent job of cleaning the litter 3) Setup was very easy Cons 1) My cat pees in the same spot near the edge of the litter, so it sticks to the edge and doesn't fall out during cleaning 2) The entrance is low, and as a result my cat throws a lot of litter out onto the floor After initial set up, the box failed to clean automatically and despite following all the troubleshooting tips I couldn't remedy the problem. Turns out, #1 THE UNIT MUSTN'T BE PLACED ON CARPET. It must rest on a hard, flat surface to work properly. #2 If your unit won't clean automatically, DETACH AND REATTACH THE LEGS. The legs must be fitted in to the unit fully and completely or the unit won't self-clean. Once I solved that (with help from their online support), the unit worked very well and I would highly recommend this product. Hope this helps any new owners

This Open-Top Self-Cleaning Litter Box is the best upgrade I’ve made in years. The design is smart open top so my cat feels comfortable, and it actually cleans itself quietly and efficiently. No more daily scooping or bad smells! I love that it even sends notifications to my phone when it’s time to empty the waste bin such a thoughtful feature that makes maintenance effortless. It’s also super convenient when we travel out of town or go on vacation, since I can monitor everything remotely and know my cats are taken care of. Setup was easy, the quality feels solid, and my picky cat started using it right away. If you’re tired of dealing with messy litter boxes, this one truly delivers. Worth every penny!

When I first received the litter box, it was fine. It worked as intended, but the way the box is built, cat urine ends up pooling under the bin. Nothing I have done, no type of litter, has changed this. I originally thought maybe my cat was peeing on the side, and it was running down. Instead, it seems the urine can seep down the holes in the bottom of the box, even with the cover on, and it spreads over to the edges of the box. The sensors are placed where the dirty litter is dumped, so they are easily triggered and need a deep cleaning often to keep the box running smoothly. I will say customer support gets back to you quickly, but it took three separate emails to find out where the right sensor was that was tripping. Now, it trips about every two to three days. I would not purchase this litter box again and have come to hate it with a passion. I cannot count on it to work even for a weekend trip. If I had to do it over again, I would spend the extra money on a litter robot and not waste my time and money on this litter box.

**Update** After a month of use - it is the best thing ever! We empty the bag weekly and have had zero issues. Keep an eye on the level of litter in the box. If it gets low it doesn’t act right. Definately a mist have. Wow!!! So easy to set up and it works so great. Don’t have to scratch the litter box every morning. What a joy!!! It took a minute for the kitty to get used to it. Not so much using but not jumping in & out every time it cleans! She is very curious and it is a fantastic safety feature that it stops when she just has to see what’s up when it cleans. So far - it is awesome!
