We have 3 cats. We set this up next to their extra large manual litter box. They're fascinated by the self cleaning action. You fill the base up to 2" high with litter and after it's used the motorized rake pushes the litter slowly towards the front into the disposal compartment, and then rakes it back. This flattens and evens out the litter back to normal regardless of where your cats push it around. My cats were used to it and "trusted" it after one day of use. We'll continue to leave out their manual box but I plan to get another one of these for full automation. Great product! Pros: - Easy setup - literally fill with litter > plug it in and turn it on! App is available if preferred - Great Price! - uses less litter so it saves on litter - safety sensors - heavy duty construction (my cats have jumped all over it, even while it was cleaning with no issues) - automatically cleans 15 minutes after the last sensor trigger - comes with cleaning brush & litter bags - you can use grocery bags if need be - Their litter/playroom doesn't stink anymore Cons: I can't think of any at this time. This is a well made, safe product that I highly recommend to anyone on the fence about auto litter boxes 👍🏽 Notes: - At some point your cats will trigger the censors mid cleaning and the rake will stop in place. That's okay! I let them sniff out their curiosity and jump around it all they wanted. It will automatically resume within 15 mins of the last sensor trigger. You can also tap the middle button to manually resume or clean. - It takes up considerably more floor space compared to an XL litter box so it may not be small space friendly. Best to check measurements beforehand. - I'm not an app person so I didn't use it, and can't comment on it.

DO NOT BUY this item. It cannot be operated without the phone app, which is impossible to download or open. It is very difficult to find out why the app cannot be downloaded/ opened. It requires a2.4GHZ network in order to connect to the device, litter box. It seems my network is not compatible so I would need to find a new network in order to use this litter box. Insanely annoying, frustrating and unnecessary. There is no reason I would need to check or control my litter box from my phone and I don’t want to have to change my internet provider for my cats to have a litter box. Additionally the app has a monthly fee and added expense not mentioned in any description of this product. Frustrating $159.00 ripoff.

* jump to the best stuff* First, I’d like you to know I have 2 sibling cats. My big boy Toby is about 13# his little sister Dini maybe 10. When I re-homed them , they were used to sharing a single litter box. So I’ve done the same, and they’ve been ok with that. My limited mobility has led me to find a reasonable automatic litter system, that wasn’t huge and outrageously expensive. It’s quiet, with an accurate response time, and the easiest waste disposal I hoped for, but never really expected to be so effortless. FYI Spending hundreds of dollars on an auto box that took up a than more than my arm chair in my condo simply wasn’t an option. *This is my third try at an auto box, and by far the best. Checking/ the waste tray is perfectly designed for easy monitoring. (There’s a smart app to control it, but this 72 year old lady just doesn’t need it. I’m grateful it works on its own . ) The disposal bag is really hand free and the design of the system allows for much appreciated ease to clean all the waste bags. Take a look at the video. Its light weight ease of dissembling is a tribute to its design. PS… Thanks to the link to the smaller bag source.

Pretty basic setup. Works well but the online app function is very broken. It didn't look very helpful anyway. The bag feature seems like an afterthought and I doubt most people use it for long as the bags are a pain to install. Easier to just rinse the tray.

Pros: * Worked great for the first two weeks. Cons: * Obnoxious Noise: Started making a loud, piercing squealing sound every time it cycles. • Poor Durability: Failed almost immediately after the initial setup. • Wasted Effort: Tried multiple troubleshooting steps to stop the noise with no success. The Bottom Line: I am beyond disappointed. This unit was amazing for about 14 days, and now it’s a noisy mess. For the amount of money this costs, you expect it to last longer than a couple of weeks. Save yourself the frustration and spend the extra $100 on a higher-quality model. This one is definitely not worth the money

I have a cat that is 14 years old and a 3 month old kitten. I need something that both cats could use and the open concept was perfect for my older cat. Easy to set up and clean. I would recommend.

This is a great litter box I work a lot and an horrible at keeping up on it and this has made my life so much easier and my cats love it and it doesn’t come with instructions for the bags but it’s easy to figure it out because I did without needing instructions or using YouTube or using internet

Let's start with the PROS: It's big enough for my 17lb cat, easy to set up, app works great, & SUPER easy to break down & clean when it needs to be fully cleaned. CONS: Loud on the track, gets stuck at the end & because it can't get to the end it will continue to clean over & over until you remove what it is stuck on, does not clean small particles so it's never fully clean, & bags do not work as shown by pulling to close from the side. Overall, I give it 3 stars, I wouldn't recommend it & because it's so loud I'll be returning it.
