The chair was well packaged - it came in a box that was about 3 ft. on each side. Assembly was quick & easy - just take your time when connecting the wires for the remotes and then fitting the back to the seat. The chair is comfortable, and while not a “wall hugger”, it does not take much space. The two wired “remotes” work perfectly; only cons are that the wire for the seat adjustment remote could be longer, and the massage/heat remote did not have instructions, but it’s not too difficult to figure out. I haven’t used the “stand up” feature yet (except to test it), but it will be great when the day comes that I’ll need it. Overall, it is a good value for the price. ... show more

It is a comfy chair! I purchased it for my postpartum recovery and the feature that helps you stand up was really nice in that regard. However, we have only had the chair a little over 2 months and it squeaks like crazy when we use the recline feature at all! We’re trying to use it with a newborn so the loud squeaking isn’t ideal. Not sure how to contact the company about this to see if there’s a fix either. ... show more

    • Not as good as I hoped
You have to set it a long ways from wall to recline, I will have to redesign the living room around this. It came quickly, it seems to made somewhat well we will see. If it wasn’t so heavy and bulky, I would send it back. Easy to put together.
