Terrible experience with this. It doesn’t work very well. Seldom cleans itself after our cat uses it, gets litter all over the floor when it does. We just moved to clean and there is cat urine ALL under it and our wood floor is RUINED. DO NOT PURCHASE 😡

I've been through two other "smart" litter boxes (one was a covered, globe-style one), and they were nothing but headaches. This open-top design self cleaning cat litter box is an absolute game-changer. The setup was incredibly simple; I had it out of the box, assembled, and connected to my WiFi in under 15 minutes. The instructions were crystal clear. My two cats, who were suspicious of the other machines, approached this one immediately because it's open and doesn't look like a scary spaceship. My clumsy Maine Coon sometimes just likes to sit in the box and contemplate life. The sensors are so intelligent that the automatic cleaning cycle only starts after he's fully left the area and there's been a significant delay. That peace of mind is priceless. The app is intuitive and provides genuinely useful data. I can track my cat use the bathroom, which is great for monitoring its health.Just a brilliantly thought-out product.

I bought this automatic litter box for our RV. It’s ok. It was easy to set up. The plastic looks good enough with the exemption on the interior of the top part of the box. The upper part of the litter box still rotates dangerously close to get a cat stuck in the box, although it did not happen to either of our 2 cats. The box does stop rotating once it senses any pressure ( I stuck my wrist to try it out a few times before I let me cats use it) The bottom of the upper rotating part is made of cloth and very difficult to clean. I have a cat that loves to urinate in the same stop and I’m worried the seam will deteriorate quickly. The interior part of the upper part of the box doesn’t really hold enough litter. The app works fine but it only tracks one cat. Having 2 cats, the information from the app is useless. The bags provided to line the bin rip easily, you can’t have any wrinkles in the bag when you insert it under the rotating part of the litter box. It’s pretty quiet, although there’s lots of background noise in our RV. There’s a little fan that blows a deodorizing scent and that lasted a few days. After which, it just blows the smell from the box. There are much better automatic litter boxes on the market, they just cost more. Do yourself a favor, save up for them.

The app was easy to download and simple to use. The directions for set up were easy to understand. This box is quite a bit taller than I expected. I would highly recommend setting your delay time to at least 90 seconds after the cat leaves the box. I left mine at the stock setting and it scared my cat and now he will not go in it. I spent a lot of money on a catbox to have it just sit there.

I searched for weeks to find the best replacement for our current automatic litter box. I am so happy with this one! We have two cats under the age of 1, both use this device and love it. I was so pleased with how well it cleans. I really liked the deodorizer that came with it. There is NO odor!!!
