I haven’t used it yet so I can’t really give a good review. I will say that putting it together was easy enough and it seems to be working despite not putting litter in it yet. I’m a little worried as I ordered 2 and it shows I only have 1 warranty, so I hope that it covers both boxes as these automatics are expensive compared to a regular box and I’d be really upset if both were defective but the warranty only covered 1. ... show more

This product does not work well. It doesn’t dump the litter effectively and the manual is a joke. Unable to return since I set it up with litter. I recommend looking for other options. I am now stuck with a defective unit.

    • It’s so quiet!
So cool, when it rolls it barely makes any noise! The sound it makes is similar to that of your cell phone vibrating, EXCEPT it sounds 4-5 times more FAINT and it’s continuous until it stops rolling. ***Also, big FYI, THIS USES THE Tuya APP!!!*** Which I’m so psyched and relieved over because it means I don’t have to download another app, just use the same one as my automatic vacuums :D I will update as I use this more but so far it’s large, clean, comes with an air freshener that smells like Meyer’s white peach dog shampoo so when you first open the box, that’s the faint smell that catches your attention. Another cool pro is that it sends you an alert of the app if it detects any “pinched” accessories. The material also feels like quality, thick and smooth type of hard plastic. Amazing value for what I paid for. As stated, I’ll update with pics as soon as I can but so far I think this was a great investment to help my family and I with our chores a bit 👍 ... show more

This litter box is hands down better than the popur, and a lot cheaper. The empty litter box feature, and the box disconnecting from motor are game changers. Also having the litter tray under the box instead of behind. Now we just have to see how long it lasts.
