Thanks to the AMP LT insole your feet will feel walk in supreme comfort. The polyurethane footbed has a layer of memory foam that hugs your foot and provides a soft, customizable fit. Each boot in the Athens collection features Georgia Boot's patented Anchor Disk technology. It has a built in TPU shank that lends additional support and stability as you move through the work day. The EVA midsole acts as a shock absorber and cushions with each and every step. A durable rubber outsole completes the foundation of this work boot and is built to last.

I have a pair of taller leather Athens heel zip boots that I absolutely love and I love these just about as much. look great.. I have a very hard time getting boots on because of a high instep/ankle gets stuck. these were tight at first but they loosen up and now are easy to get on. I know my other pair of Athens are completely water proof so I assume these are too. cannot find a better looking pair of boots. buckle looks good and functions. I lossen to pull boots on and then tighten to make boots fit tighter. Got these for my son, he says glad we decided to get the ones with the zipper on the back. Says if not it would be very difficult to get on. Even with zipper says a bit tight, no slip on. Says the boots are very comfortable, the best he has ever worn. Now we will wait and see if they hold up well.

Most boots that come from this brand are really good including this pair, there's no complaints from me with this boot except one and it's one that I'm already aware of as I wore this boot years ago for a long time, and that is it's not exactly waterproof, there's a section on the side of the boot that allows the inside to breath if you get the boot wet in any manner, your feet are wet also, just a heads up, my preferred choice are the John Deere 4511's but those don't seem to be available anymore so I had to fall back to this boot for now. ... show more
