Simple and easy to set up. There is no spaceship feel to it, but my cats can easily identify and use it. It has the app and will wait until cats are away before it cleans itself. One thing to note is that the bag isn’t the same size as the rectangular bins from the other rotating robot litters. What makes this one easier is it’s open so it’s easier to clean and switch out the litter. The drawback is that the litter can fly out more easily as the cat tries to cover up their business.

I bought this automatic litter box because I was tired of cleaning the litter box multiple times a day. The open top design is nice because my cats can easily see and access it without feeling enclosed. The self cleaning function works well and saves me a lot of time. I also like that it has plenty of room for multiple cats, and the waste collection area means I don't have to scoop constantly. Overall, it has made managing the litter much easier and keeps the area cleaner with less daily work.

This box works amazingly well for a multicat household! The opening being on top makes it easy accessibility for them. It was not difficult to assemble at all. And having the app and seeing the usage of it just makes it better. There has been no odor from it whatsoever, and it appears to be well made. Cleaning it is a breeze and I wonder why I haven't gotten this one a long time before I did.

I’m very happy with this automatic litter box. Setup was quick and easy, and it has been working great. The self-cleaning feature saves a lot of time and helps keep the litter area much cleaner with less odor. The open-top design also makes it easy for my cats to get in and out, and they adjusted to it quickly. It feels sturdy, works reliably, and makes daily litter box maintenance so much easier. Definitely a great purchase for cat owners.

I was waiting to find a good product and I found it.Now it is easy for me to maintain the area clean.No more mask to cover my face when I was cleaning my kittens area and the price was amazing. Plus that,you can use the app for a better information when you’re out.I really recommend the product.

I bought this as a gift for my friend because she had wanted an automatic litter box for her cat for a long time. She was very happy with it. It looks modern, is easy to use, and makes daily cleaning much more convenient.

This will be my second Cypcat self cleaning litter box, my first doesn’t really work well with the corn|tofu style cat litter I use and I specifically ordered this one because in the product details it says it works with this type of litter ( short grain only not long grain style). The self cleaning litter box is decidedly easy to assemble and then connect with the app.. I already had the app so just needed to add this litter box to it— the instructions are clear. However I was a bit surprised when I saw on the quick set up sheet that they did not recommend using tofu style litter.. I checked back to the product details and yes they say it does.. I was a bit confused but went ahead and used it.. afterwards i noticed that it was the long grain style in the pic that they did not recommend… I put a little too much at first so I pushed the button and let it clean and just emptied that back into the clean litter bag. There are two main differences bn this litter box and my other cypcat litter box: 1- the waste receptacle is larger and uses a larger bag than my other.. they did include a roll of bags thankfully; 2- when the litter is dumping the unit turns almost completely upside down.. which caused a bunch of clean litter to dump out as well (I changed the bag after two days very little cat refuse mostly just litter) and I believe this would be true for clay/bentonite litter.. I didn’t think it was still too full because it was not past the Max line but🤷♀️.. it seems to be better so far today. The grate where the clean litter retreats when dumping is nicer made and works well with this litter so I will continue to use.. the older litter box grate is more narrow and a lot of the litter does not re-pour into the litter area just stays behind the grate so I have to pound on it a bit to get it out🙄.. it’s inconvenient but I like this litter better for low/no dust than even the low dust bentonite I was using. The cleaning process takes about 1.5” you can set the time after your cat leaves the litter box that it will start cleaning, the default is 1” after.. devise I use tofu style litter and it does take longer to clump I set mine to 5” after and that seems to help.

I ordered this automatic litter box hoping to make litter duty a little easier in my multi-cat household, and so far I'm really impressed with the machine itself. Assembly was surprisingly easy. I had it put together and running without any major headaches, and everything's worked flawlessly so far. The cleaning cycle runs smoothly, the controls are straightforward, and I really like the open-top design, since it feels a lot less enclosed than some automatic litter boxes. There's just one tiny problem: not one of my cats has actually used it yet. Apparently I assembled the fancy new bathroom for an audience of suspicious feline inspectors. I'm not holding that against the litter box, though, because cats are cats, and anything new that shows up in their territory has to go through an extensive approval process. I'm giving them time to investigate it and get comfortable rather than trying to force the issue. From my end, setup was easy, the unit's working exactly as it should, and I love the idea of having the cleaning handled automatically once my furry little holdouts decide to cooperate. Now I just wait for somebody to be brave enough to christen the new facilities.
