I like the convenience of this small stepper. It is small and I can pull it out and add steps to to health routine. The stepper counts my calories, steps, and minutes. It is not electric but the manual stepping is not bad because you have the flexibility of controlling the pressure of your steps.

I work from home, sit at my desk ALL day. I love my job but I hate the weight I have gained from no physical activity all day. It took me long time to decide which "under the desk work out machine" I wanted. This isn't exactly "under the desk work out" but it does fit nicely under my desk I just pull it out on my breaks and on lunch. Its a good started for someone that wants to get back into exercising. If you're on the path to finding a healthy work out routine this is a great place to start. Just know that it would be up to you to really get going because since it's not electric it wont push you into sweat you gotta earn it and really get those steps down. Excellent value for money. After my first few steps, I feel the burn (in a good way). I can’t wait to get my step on while watching tv all winter talking about workout effectiveness. These are built very well and do not take up a lot of space. Easy to hide. I do miss an elliptical machine but these work fine.

This is just OK and is not sufficient exercise for a 6' man. I adjusted it to the longest travel and it was not enough. This may be ok for a small person but not me.
