This lamp is so cute and beautifully warms a candle without lighting it - the scent permeates nicely throughout the room. Unfortunately after almost a year it just stopped working. I reached out to customer service and asked for help. They gave me some troubleshooting ideas (changing lightbulb, checking the connections, etc). After nothing worked, they generously offered to send me another candle warmer. I was sceptical but I just received the new lamp yesterday and it works great! Thank you for the wonderful service!
