I am a 70 year-old man that has been suffering frequent urgency and nocturia for years. In recent years, I changed my diet eating only superfoods and taking quality vitamins, minerals, and supplements. My health has certainly improved, but not my bladder issues. My PSA has always been very low, but I was still suffering with sudden urgency and increased frequency every day. This issue has plagued me since a child and doctors couldn't find any reason. It was nothing for me to awaken 2, 3, or 4 times a night to run to the bathroom. I spent many hours and months of researching meds, supplements, techniques, and any information I could find to correct this situation. I've tried other supplements that just didn't work for me. Then one day I discovered this product, and it had all the right ingredients-and even a few more-that should help you naturally. Before the first bottle was completed, I saw amazing results. My stream was great again. I was not getting up in the night as much and I know that my BPH was greatly reduced. I ordered a second bottle yesterday. Here is a true miracle. I no longer have urgency to go. I'm sleeping through the night for the first time in many years. I'm no longer going 10-20 times per day, but maybe 5 to 7 times. About 3 weeks ago, I started taking Benfotiamine along with Thiamin, both forms of Vitamin B according to Dr. Berg's recommendation on YouTube. My frequent urination was caused by inflamed or damage nerves, and within the first week, I saw a major improvement. I can easily stretch it 4 or more hours without having to go. I cannot express how excited I am for this improvement. I still drink coffee and tea along with a whole lemon crushed into a lemonade smoothie each day, and I drink tea before bedtime. Interestingly, I am still able to sleep better and feel more awake the next day. I no longer fear when I drive anywhere or when I am in public away from a restroom, and I have so much more confidence in my social life. So, take this product to increase flow and normalize an enlarged prostate. (Do not stop any medication if you are on it without your doctor's approval) It is natural with no side effects. I've been taking this since 2014. I have pretty bad BPH. The doc estimated my prostate at 50 grams, which is somewhere around twice what it "should" be for a man my age (63). This really does work. And when I say that, I mean, if I try to be 'penny-wise', and take only two of them a day for a few weeks, my symptoms worsen. Taking this keeps things tolerable. I only wish it had Pygeum in it. I buy a separate Pygeum supplement, and the combination of the two darn near mitigates all symptoms. But that's a minor quibble. It's not a big deal also taking two of the Pygeum each day. Heck, I take a literal fistful of all sorts of supplements, because...I dunno. I'll live longer? It'll delay eventual dementia and Alzheimers? It'll make me happy? I dunno, I just like taking stuff that's supposed to keep me healthy, which isn't really all that an unusual trait... Oh - why don't I take the various meds available for BPH? Because the side-effects were dangerous for me. The one I took lowered my blood pressure, and I have postural hypotension. I once stood up from my desk and started downstairs - and almost blacked out. Not a good thing what with the whole falling-and-breaking-my-neck potential. Hard pass on that. These supplement truly do alleviate most if not all symptoms. And with - as far as I can tell with about eight, nine years of use - zero side effects. I do have some advice for all of you out there, men and women: Try not to get old. Trust me, it blows.

I purchased this in June 2022. Leading up to the purchase, I'm able to sleep through the night but when waking up, the urge to urinate was fairly strong. I'm on my second month of use and I have notice that after sleeping through the night, the urge to urinate is not as strong and it felt like the way I was in my 30s. I just recently turned 50 and as a man ages, prostate growth can occur starting as young as age 40 with increased chances as you age. This supplement has really made my day to day life easier. I recommend this product as a great preventative measure and use as part of your supplement routine. Follow Up (February 2023): I have been taking this product for eight months now and when taking this along with a separate supplement of Saw Palmetto, my PSA count has dropped from 10 (when I started taking the product), to 7, to 4.4, 4.1, 3.6 to a new count of 0.8! My doctor has concluded that I may have had a bad case of prostatitis but at the time we weren't sure and thought that it have been something worse. I must add that it is not just taking this product alone. I made some lifestyle changes that involved replacing red meat with fish, increasing my vegetable intake, and incorporating raw pumpkin seeds into my meals (via salad). I have also implemented intermittent fasting which I suggest people to read up on and understand what happens to your body during the fasting window (in particular the body devoting it's energy to repair and replace bad cells instead of using energy to digest food). The results may vary from person to person. This is not health advice, just an account of what I did to lower my PSA count.
