Liquid chlorophyll, value for price. It’s not as strong as Body Mint. I have to use more to get the same effect. Effectiveness depends upon one’s body chemistry. The texture, size & color of bottle is ok. Blood sugar level it didn’t help because I need higher dosage than recommended.
