I bought this product not because of the company's claims but after doing research online on the benefits of haritaki in general, looking for a pineal gland opener, and what I got was so much more that that. Started 5 months ago with 1 capsule before bed and gradually increasing to 3 capsules before bed. Sleep is better, digestion is better, inflammation is down, all very noticeably in ways that have improved my quality of life. As for the Pineal gland third eye opening, I haven't got any breakthrough experience yet, but it's possible that my intuition has been gradually improving in ways that are difficult to measure in a daily basis, so I don't give up yet. I'm planning to continue having this product because the great benefits I'm getting already.

Bought this after reading about all the different benefits of Haritaki. While I've not had any of the lucid dreams, or spiritual effects, I have been getting incredible sleep. This is nothing like Melatonin, it doesn't make you drowsy and you don't feel groggy when you wake up. I've been taking 3 capsules about an hour after my last meal and a few hours before bed. I personally don't feel any effects after taking them. But... After falling asleep, I'm sleeping soundly. Not knocked out, I'll still wake up if I hear one of my kids, or a noise or any regular thing that might wake a person. Upon waking in the morning, my body feels completely rested, and mentally feeling great as well. It's only been around 4 days with these, but I can tell Haritaki is going to become a daily, and repeat supplement for me. I was sceptical at first due the the way this is marketed, as a spiritual "third eye opening" supplement. But after doing my own research I decided that the many benefits Haritaki can offer, I should at least give it a try. And I'm very glad I did. This company seems to have a very good product, with no fillers. Highly recommend giving this a try if for no other reason than to get some amazing sleep. Any of the other benefits that may come with longer usage will just be an added bonus. Honestly, give this stuff a try. (I'm not a bot, nor am I being compensated for this review.I bought this at full price. I'm just honestly that damn impressed by the amazing sleep I've been getting!)

I typically buy a certain brand of haritaki, they are always out of stock. So I've ended up trying several different brands. This is the first brand I'm satisfied with. It's just as great as my original brand that I love. So they will have a new repeat customer out of me. I use this product for my dreams, and I have had several very bright & vivid dreams using this product.

Sleep was about 20% better than normal. Which is a lot for me. Had some minor dreams with 1 capsule. Didnt have any digestive issues with it, despite all the warnings online. I did have terrible dehydration though, have to load up on electrolytes while taking this. As for other effects, im uncertain so far. I started a couple of supplements, so it could be a combination. But the sleep i got was so restful i wasnt groggy at all in the morning.

As a former product tester for National and regional dirt bike magazines and newspapers I take testing and products seriously. Usually most of my reviews have a pretty good rating because I don't spot buy. I check every bolt, screw, and nut before I hit send and purchase a product. Everyone and their mom is using a very potent hallucinogenic drug, if they can afford to fly down to South America and pay some shaman to sit there with them and make sure they don't OD and die, now drug is called hayuwasca (?). This product although their advertisement didn't say it, but the title sure does, is supposed to open up the pineal gland which is the third eye in the body. That said the only thing I got from this were nightmares and headaches when I woke up in the morning from the stress of the nightmares. My blood pressure fluctuates so that could have been the reason for the headache so I'm not pinning the headaches on this product, however I prefer nice dreams to the ones where I'm constantly running from someone trying to get me, and these were the kinds of dreams I consistently had while testing this product. If you're still looking I'm not saying don't buy it but this was just MY response and MY body's reaction to the ingredients that are in this. One thing we must remember is that you're not a body that has a soul, YOU ARE A SOUL! What you have is a body, a very temporary biological machine that one day will run out. Connecting to your higher power, the source of all life which I choose to call God, can take many forms from meditation L all the way back to hallucinogenic drugs. I've had enough instances of angelic intervention throughout my life to be a 110% BELIEVER in God and his emessary Jesus the Christ and the messenger's we call angels😇. What the universe is is a tool of balance. As it stands, for every good there is an equal and opposite, and the best thing we have because we are a Soul is the CHOICE to decide who and what we want to be. So seekers seek on, open up the third eye any way you can. And if it wasn't important first to have a clean pineal gland then the demons behind the foods we've been eating for the last 30 years would not have put ingredients in them that calcify the pineal gland.
