I don't know about my 3rd eye being opened yet, but after my 2nd night of consuming these pills, I slept GREAT! The 1st night I took only one pill because I wanted to build myself up for taking more later as the directions stated. I didn't feel any different. The 2nd night, I took 2 pills and I woke up feeling GREAT as if I had a one of those deep sleeps that make you feel like a new person the next day. I don't remember dreaming at all, but that didn't matter since I woke up feeling like a new person. I usually have a lot of pain from my arthritis symptoms, but not after the 2nd night. I felt GREAT! Now for the other good part, I had to use the bathroom a few times while running errands & I felt like I was getting a deep cleanse of my insides. I know now to stay home until I'm fully done with this unexpected cleanse. It works better than anything I've tried before in that department. Maybe my 3rd eye will open once my gut is fully free of the junk. Lol! I'm going to try to see how this works for my dreams and stuff. I may update my review later. I gave it only 4 stars because I haven't had any lucid dreams.

I bought this product not because of the company's claims but after doing research online on the benefits of haritaki in general, looking for a pineal gland opener, and what I got was so much more that that. Started 5 months ago with 1 capsule before bed and gradually increasing to 3 capsules before bed. Sleep is better, digestion is better, inflammation is down, all very noticeably in ways that have improved my quality of life. As for the Pineal gland third eye opening, I haven't got any breakthrough experience yet, but it's possible that my intuition has been gradually improving in ways that are difficult to measure in a daily basis, so I don't give up yet. I'm planning to continue having this product because the great benefits I'm getting already.

You should really do your own thorough research before taking this product. It did intensify my dreams the first 2 nights of taking it, however it gave me abdominal cramps the following day. I also couldnt remember my dreams at all if I took it for more than 2 days in a row and I felt groggy upon waking, slight headache, and it made me irritable. So overall, I would say short term use for BM or vivid dreams, as well as lucid dreams.

Few days after taking this product, I noticed severe heartburn in my stomach. At first I didn’t believe it was from this product, I actually didn’t want to believe, because I had too much hope this product will do as it was advertised for. But just for curiosity I stopped and my heartburn gone. Then I started again and realized the heartburn came back exactly after few days only. Now I can assure you this product caused a severe heartburn, for me, after taking it, while I never experienced such strong heartburn before.
