Happy these are tablets instead of capsules. Easier to take then dealing with the powder version of Spirulina. No bad taste, or aftertaste. They seem to do what they are supposed to for my health regimen. Good price I DO recommend this product

A great product that I've been taking for several years. It's packed with chlorophyll and goodness all in an economical form. These tablets don't have a bad taste although I've never tried to chew them. I take these daily with a couple other supplements, and they're easy to swallow.

Spirulina is my secret weapon when I get less hours of sleep than I need. Even when having slept for only up to four hours, I'm still up and roaring and able to make it through the day when I take these supplements. When I'm sleep-deprived and don't take them, I will crash around noon and require that genuinely much-needed nap in order to function. But not with 4-5 of these guys taken after waking up. However, that is right there is an issue: I have to say that you need four of these to really see a difference in energy levels - and note that the recommended serving size is actually 6 tablets. Nonetheless, for a pill-averse individual like myself, I still find its benefits far outweighing this inconvenience.
