I am so happy I found these!! The health benefits have been remarkable! I struggle with constipation, especially if I’m stressed. And was needing to take senna s to get my colon stimulated to go at all. Ever since I’ve been taking them it’s been smooth sailing- no hard pushing, no need for stimulant to get it moving, huge huge blessing!!! If you have similar symptoms- try this!! I have had zero side effects (thankfully!!) and no cramping. It’s given me my life back that way in some regards. I don’t taste an after taste. And the size of the capsule is a little on the bigger side but not the biggest I’ve taken either. Overall, it’s worth all of it if you’re where I was. Try it, you won’t regret it.

This doesn't outright say it, but it has Senna extract in it. I have never had problems with making it to the restroom before and since stopping, I haven't had trouble either. Thay being said, it was good quality and gave me peace of mind helping with rebuilding and fortifying my gut.

I have tried everything. Since my tummy tuck I have experience so much pain. I was it was scar tissue but they went in and saw nothing. The only time I felt any relief was laying down. I took everything that was suggested to me. I read the reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. It was like night and day. The pain swelling all went away on these. One day I forgot to take them, up and out the house cause I was feeling better.😁 I have ordered two more bottles and placed it on auto shipping. Forever grateful.

This supplement might work for some people, but it’s got a lot of ingredients that act more like a cleanse than establishing gut health. Granted I have a very sensitive system, but the senna, cascara, rhubarb, & magnesium oxide are very ‘stimulating’ to your gut—moving everything out rapidly. I’m having painful reflux/heartburn (something I seldom if ever have) as well as runny poo. Not exactly what I was looking for… The gentler ingredients are lower dose and likely get caught up in the ‘move out’ portion and have little to no time to generate their effects. If you’re looking for laxatives, fiber, stimulants, and other herbs all in one package, this product fit the bill. If you’re looking for more subtle GI support, this is NOT what you need. I gave the product 3 stars because this might help someone with a less sensitive system or someone looking for a gentle-ish cleanse. I detracted 2 stars because my experience taking the supplement is uncomfortable to say the least & I was not expecting cleansing of my gut as much as I was looking for support of my gut.
