Overall my diet is not the best in terms of healthy foods. I don't go out of my way for fruits and I'm not big on vegetables. Nonetheless I still know that eating healthy is important and just because I don't like those doesn't mean I shouldn't aim for healthy living. In order to supplement my lack of eating vegetables and fruits with consistency, I supplement via daily multi vitamins and this product. I found that the benefits of this product for not only vitamins and greens, is that it also keeps my gut feeling regular. This works well for me and I feel good when I take it. I don't think it is nasty tasting or unpalatable. I take this with a cup of water and one scoop daily. I does not make me have to run to the bathroom or anything like that so I sometimes take it before work or before I go to bed. This makes me feel good health-wise (perhaps a placebo effect) but it's not like coffee or anything like that in terms of giving you a bust of energy. I can take this before I go to bed and fall asleep no problem. I don't believe it helps with weight loss but that's not what it is advertised for, I haven't lost any weight from this. Over the years I also found it useful for other situations. Particularly, this absolutely helps for hangovers, if you are shaky the next day, taking this helps instantly from what I've found. This canister lasts me pretty much a whole month, I do store it in my refrigerator to keep it fresh. I do not have any plans to stop taking this, I have an auto subscription and I always ensure I'm adequately stocked. Makes a big difference in how I feel on a daily basis. Been using it every morning for years now. Alone, it doesn’t taste good. I mix it with hot water, lemon, honey, a cube of frozen ginger from Trader’s and Ryze mushroom coffee. I recommend giving it a try.

Day 2 of trying this product. Day 1 I mixed in homemade iced coffee. It wasn’t the worst but it definitely has an earthy flavor. The product worked within the first 24 hours. Which is great. Today I mixed it in a smoothie and yikes! It’s worse. It almost tastes like cigarette smoke. I am not a smoker. It’s still bearable if that’s possible. For the cost and productivity of the product I would buy again. I feel like I need to find a good drink to mix it in or change my smoothie ingredients as I also have spinach mixed in. Originally bought this because after researching different supplements this had the things I wanted the most in the ingredients and seems like a healthy blend to get all the daily nutrients you need. Tried it once and gagged. The smell is very strong and for me personally there is no way I could hide it in a drink.
