Feel free to message me, I am a real person, Mid 30's, female. Overweight, I have depression, recovering drug addict, Smoker, I have Polycystic ovary syndrome and diabetes, I also have Chronic pain in my lower back, right leg, and both knees, got arthritis at a young age. I never feel like doing anything. I am very lazy. This year I really wanted to get healthy - mind and body - and in shape. I was looking for something that would give me the energy to get started. I mix it with Mio or Crystal Light and its pretty good. The Powder mixes easily in liquid. Its still a little grainy in texture but it doesn't bother me. 2nd Its a small container with a scoop included, just shake it around and it will surface. 1 serving is 1 scoop. 1 scoop = 2 teaspoons Its amazing how such a small amount can go such a long way! NOW THE GOOD STUFF 3rd THE BENEFITS!!! My experience Only! 1 scoop a day! 1. It keeps me full for about 3-4 hours. No hunger pains or sweet cravings. I drink it with 6oz of water then chase it with 20oz of warm water. 2. Amazing Energy & Endurance - Instantly Wakes me up, Like a get up and go feeling, I move faster, workout longer, breathe better, get stuff done quicker - lasts about 4-5 hours. (no jitters, no shakes, no crash) 3. Positive mood - Happy, excited, smiling a lot, just a great sense of well being. 4. Alert and focused - mentally clear 5. And after the workout I wasn't tired or ready for a nap. I still had energy. I find things easier to do when I take this. Even cleaning the house is easier, I'm not constantly thinking OH I HATE DOING THIS. I just get it done. I know we all get tired around 3 pm. A few days ago I didn't sleep well and by 3pm I was nodding off and felt like I needed a nap. So I was like OKay I'm really tired right now lets see if this Stuff really works. I had 1 scoop with water, and then chased it with a big cup of room temp water. within seconds the tired feelings were all gone. I felt wide awake and was ready to go. No more nodding or yawning. No more laying down to rest. Just wide awake and alert. I was so happy, it actually works!!! powerful nutrition = positive energy! Just this alone with water. I now use it in the afternoons around 3 pm. It helps get me through the rest of the day. I have added a few things since I've started taking this, I drink this everyday Nature's Bounty Chocolate Protein Shake - 2 scoops Vitacost Whole Food Shake Vanilla - 2 scoops It has everything in it! Check it out! HIGH VITAMIN & MINERAL CONTENT! 1 tsp Vitacost Spirulina 1 cup soy milk 1 cup water 2 tbs peanut butter 1 tsp Healthworks Maca Blend and drink and the taste isn't bad at all. Amazing, Powerful, Nutritional breakfast! Keeps me full for over 5 hours. In the afternoon I have my Amazing Grass Green Superfood Acai & Goji Berry Powder I don't eat perfect everyday but I try to eat lean protein, broccoli, whole wheat pasta, bread, brown rice, Oatmeal, Ground Flax, and fruit. I have amazing energy all day. I lost some weight. And feel 100 times better. TIPS!!! Drink a lot of water with this, Spirulina makes your stools hard but drinking a lot of water will help. 8-12 8 oz glasses of water a day, very easy to do. Plus drinking 16 oz of water right after you take it helps get it into your system faster. I find warm water to be the best because that alone simulates & lubricates your intestines. I am tracking my results so when I lose more weight I will post pictures and update on my results.

As someone who was very skeptical about trying this drink, I was very surprised with the taste! It is definitely not sweet, and does have a bit of a "grassy" taste to it, but I do catch the hints of berry flavor -- overall it doesn't taste awful and is doable. I decided to purchase this instead of Bloom specifically because of the price, and while I cannot say that it is identical since I have never tried the other to compare it to, for half the price and it serving similar purposes (supporting gut health/digestion) I would highly recommend giving this a try. Like most drinks of this type, I do recommend drinking it as soon as you mix it (with the electric hand mixers) because the powder does tend to settle at the bottom of the cup.

Okay so I got this due to pregnancy, I wanted to be more healthy and what not so I gambled on it. Got the berry flavor, it came in in the morning so I used it immediately and I mixed it with sunny D strawberry orange, and let me tell you. It's become crack to me lol I HAVE to drink it every day first thing in the morning or I feel off and crave it. Now let me tell yall, I'm picky, okay like so bad that I don't eat right and last time I ate veggies willingly I was a child. So my body is literally thanking me for this right now and I'm obsessed because I get what I need and don't have to deal with my issues of food sensitivity. I think the product itself doesn't have a whole lot of taste because I tried it with other drinks and didn't really taste the greens. I got the juices more than anything. But the product is fantastic, it detoxted me due to my bad diet, so heads up if you feel sleepy and go to the bathroom more and maybe feel like you're drugged, don't panic! I was fine in three days and it's been almost a month and all is well. I highly recommend this product. Best choice I could have ever made for myself, I no longer take magnesium for muscle spasms, I sleep better, I don't crave caffeine near as much, if so it's an cold coffee of some kind. I have naturally cut sodas. I may get one a week if that, little to no cravings and I was not trying to cut caffeine. I want more meals, I don't crave snack food and this all began when I started this product. So I'm assuming it's making changes in what my body wants. Regardless I have nothing but good things to say about it and can't wait to get more of it! Go buy it now!! And thank me later. Also update the 30 day supply lasted about 27 days so keep it in mind to oder a little early. I don't know if it was a packaging error or what.
