I was hesitant to try these sleep gummies at first because they’re definitely pricier than the typical melatonin options out there, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance. What sets them apart for me is the added magnesium and L-Theanine. It’s not just about knocking me out—it’s more of a gentle wind-down that actually feels natural. Since taking them, I’ve noticed I fall asleep more easily and stay asleep through the night without waking up groggy. They’ve helped quiet my mind in the evenings, and I genuinely feel more rested in the mornings. The taste is great too, which is a nice bonus. If you’re someone who’s tried regular melatonin and felt it wasn’t enough, these are 100% worth the upgrade. I try to not take them every night so that I'm not dependent on them. I recommend taking them earlier than you think - 8PM is my ideal time, so I'm asleep by 9:30PM. The later you take them the groggier you may feel the next day!

As a person who has to take “gummies” to help me fall asleep I was surprisingly shocked that these gummies worked. I was watching TikTok and realized TikTok was watching me. The taste is great and the speed at which you fall asleep is amazing. The only negative but not really a negative it makes me wake up at like 5 am maybe it’s a sign to get up and be productive but it doesn’t work. (Not because of Lemme I’m just lazy)

Love these ! The texture alone is so much better than any other gummies I’ve tried. The taste is good , and it works! Makes me feel super relaxed. I don’t always stay asleep for the whole night, but I find it easier to also fall back asleep now. Highly recommend!

These melatonin gummies are great when they actually work. They taste good and when they work they help me fall asleep within 20-30 minutes with no issues in the morning . I’ve gone through 4 orders of this , the first bottle of it was great and helped me sleep great , the second bottle of it NEVER worked anytime I would take them, at won’t point I too 4 gummies and didn’t feel a thing. My husband takes them occasionally as well and said the same thing. I assumed maybe it was bad batch and ordered again and those worked great again now here we are with my 4th order and again does not work at all. For $30 a bottle I’m very annoyed and will try and get a refund.

The first bottle for me seemed effective, but the new one seems off? I’m unsure if it’s a quality control issue on lemme’s part or if perhaps this isn’t an authentic product. Beyond the ineffectiveness with the new bottle, the bottle of the left is the newer one and not only is the taste wildly different, but the label is slightly different as well. Perhaps I’ll try them again, but certainly not through Amazon.
