It was a good taste, didn't leave a bad aftertaste or anything the night of or the next morning and it was great price and quality. I’ve tried several melatonin products before, but this one really impressed me. The formula includes melatonin and magnesium, which seems to work much better than melatonin alone. I took the recommended two gummies and within about 15 minutes I felt relaxed and ready for sleep. The effect felt natural — calm and sleepy without feeling groggy or heavy. The gummies taste good, the bottle is well made, and the ingredients seem thoughtfully chosen for sleep support. I originally came across these from a TikTok review (the creator jokingly said Kourtney Kardashian must have “set her up” because she slept too well 😄), but it definitely caught my attention. I’ve struggled with sleep for a while and typically relied on edibles to fall asleep. While they worked, the downside was always the late-night munchies, which I’ve been trying to avoid. I decided to give these a try, and I’m genuinely impressed. I take two, and within about an hour I start to feel relaxed and sleepy. The biggest difference for me is that I’m not just falling asleep—I’m staying asleep and getting a full night of quality rest. This product is amazing! My daughter recommended it and I was skeptical because I had tried so many products claiming sleep. This product contains all ingredients we have been told helps provide good sleep. The label says take 30 minutes before you are ready to go to sleep and that is exactly what happens. Thirty minutes after taking it you get very drowsy. Don’t take before you actually want to sleep-not before you are just thinking about going to bed. I stay asleep all night and easily go back to sleep after a nighttime bathroom trip. No morning fog.

This is a very solid sleep gummy. It definitely works better than just melatonin, but don’t expect to be knocked out if you struggle with sleep / take ADHD meds. Definitely has a kick though, and will support you better with falling asleep. I haven’t had many issues with it making me groggy the next day. Overall - I would buy again.
