The Lemme Sleep Gummies are actually really nice! The berry flavor is great, and I love that they’re drug-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO. They definitely help me fall asleep faster, which has been a big plus. However, I’ve noticed that I only stay asleep for a few hours before waking up again and sometimes have to take more. To be fair, I do have pretty bad insomnia, so that might just mean I need a stronger sleep aid. For anyone with mild trouble sleeping, though, these would probably work perfectly!

Expensive but genuinely this blend works for me for some reason. I don't actually take them to fall asleep although it is good to prime them 30 minutes out from sleep minimum for best results (and put your phone away!) The main effectiveness for me is helping me STAY asleep more. Usually I wake up to literally anything and everything. With this I can actually stay asleep through the night with higher sleep efficiency more than anything else I have tried. Bonus: they taste good!

Doesn’t work at all but it tastes pretty good. I look forward to eating it at night as I avoid sweets so this is kinda like a candy allowance. Too expensive to not work as it should tho.
