  • CLEAN ENERGY
I’ve been using RYZE Mushroom Coffee for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best switches I’ve made in my routine. The biggest difference for me is the energy—it feels so much smoother compared to regular coffee. I don’t get jitters or that mid-day crash, just a steady, calm boost that helps me stay focused and productive. It’s made with adaptogenic mushrooms that are known to support energy, focus, and even gut health, which I really appreciate. Taste-wise, I was a little unsure at first, but it’s actually really good. It has a mild, earthy coffee flavor that’s easy to customize—I usually add creamer or a little sweetener and it’s perfect. I also love how easy it is to make. Just mix it with hot water or milk, stir, and you’re good to go—no complicated brewing needed. Overall, this has become a daily staple for me. If you’re looking for a healthier coffee alternative that still gives you energy, focus, and a feel-good boost without the crash, I definitely recommend trying this! ... show more

  • Gritty and bitter to smooth!
This was my first (and probably my last) time purchasing this brand. I've been watching all the ads on social media. Ryze has been pumped up to be the best. I wanted to love it....it has almost the exact ingredients of cheaper brands, but for some reason, taste the worse.... Please, don't believe the hype! Try several different brands then choose your favorite...I find this brand to be bitter and gritty... it says to use 1 tablespoon for every 8-10 oz of water. (Same instructions for most brands). If you follow these instructions, you will have a thin, bitter, gritty beverage that is in definite need of flavor. I've tried adding things to it to make it palatable, only for the bitterness to be enhanced. The only things it has going for it, are the cute little stir spoon that came with it and the statement that it is sourced in the U.S. The package is pretty.... I will not purchase again. It definitely is not worth the money. It is a cup of disappointment... Update: After writing the first review, I was contacted by the company. They sent suggestions on ways to enjoy the coffee. I found, it wasn't the products fault but actually consumer error! I was wrong! The coffee is good, if you dissolve it in hot water while constantly stirring or using a frother (it took about 5-10 minutes) then I reheated it and added flavors. The company suggested adding cinnamon, honey and oat milk. I must say, they know their product! The grittyness is now gone! I'm so happy they reached out to me. This morning, I am enjoying a cup. I will continue to experiment with different flavors and creamers. I will purchase this brand again! I hope the company will start letting people know to dissolve the product first. It would save a lot of aggravation.😂 ... show more

  • Honest Week Review Oct 24- 31 2025
WEEK LONG REVIEW Day 1: Oct 24 2025 Week: Oct 31 2025 I finally decided to try this as an additional to my other failed ways of staying/getting in shape. I've done the one meal a day, the 18 hour fast 10-12000 steps a day and I workout. I also never eat junk barely drink never smoke. And all this does work. However if I stop for a couple of days all my progress is GONE. And I hate that because WTF it shouldnt come back that fast after me not working out and eating a small amount of rice or mashed potatoes 1-2 days. So I decided to try the Ryze coffee. Because in addition to my fitness goals I'm also always tired unmotivated and forgetful. SO BAM! Here we go. DAY 1: I used warm almond milk to mix coffee and creamer with no sugar. And 🤮 it tasted like lotion! How do I know what lotion taste like?? 💩 happens thats how I know. So... I added sugar and cinnamon and whipped cream and it does a fairly decent job of masking the taste. I mean the taste still lingers a bit but its drinkable. Pros: Feel more alert after 1 cup Cons: Taste like lotion Day 3 Day 1: After I had the first cup of lotion, the 2nd cup I made I used water cinnamon and nutmeg. And OMG it tasted just like chai tea! So, mixing it with almond milk made it taste like lotion. I felt less bloated more focused and more awake. Day 2: I had one cup and was very alert felt less bloated. Also, I purchased the vanilla creamer and used it in addition to the coffee. Day 3: I had 2 cups one around 8 am and another around 6pm. After the first cup I felt more alert and a little sleepy. I took a nap and made a second cup. After that second cup I felt a surge in hunger. So, I was eating everything cupcakes, wings, chips etc... and surprisingly I didn't feel bloated or disgusting. So, I'm going to assume that surge is likely jumpstarting my broken metabolism. However, when I was ready to go to sleep I couldn't. I laid in bed annoyed as hell because I had too much energy. The type of annoyance I felt was like my body knew I should be resting but someone kept turning the lights on and off. That type of annoyance. So, for the rest of the week. I will be cautious of the times. But so far, I say the value as an addition to me walking seems pretty useful. Also, my face seems to be a little bit less puffy. Day 7 loading...... ... show more

  • Taste like an instant coffee mix, it's OK but don't believe all the hype
I have tried a couple mushroom coffees in search of a less jittery buzz and this is an OK coffee-like drink but is overhyped, it has a dusty instant coffee taste but don't expect a rich deep Jamaican blue mountain coffee experience or strong caffeine lift. As for all the so-called health benefits, they are all TBD, no one has real evidence of true health benefits, that I have seen. Are mushrooms good for you? sure, just as most organic foods are. But for some reason mushrooms have a dark unknown lore about them with claims of everything from super brain health to outrageous sex drive. Let me put it bluntly, most of the claims are complete nonsense. Claims of improved libido in women via improved blood flow to "lady parts"? come on. This provides no more improved libido than a regular cup of coffee would. If you want to see a woman's libido improved, put tequila in it. The taste is very similar to many other instant coffees which most folks don't prefer and only drink when there is no other choice. This to me has a dusty or dirt flavor with some watery instant coffee after tones. With cream it is not as bad but I think most people are expecting something so bad when they taste it they say, hmm, its not bad when they actually try it. That's different from saying this is awesome. They must add some instant coffee to the mix of mushrooms powder they have. That is what it taste like. I don't buy all the health hype which is mostly subjective and anecdotal at best. What I will say is this, it is less jittery than a Starbucks brew. If you have stomach issues with coffee, give a cold brew a try. That seems much less acid than regular coffee, at least it did for me and you will get more than 30 servings for a fraction of the price. I think what I dislike the most is the cost. It is way too expensive for what you get and I think this is a social media pump and dump. I tried it for several days now and it is OK as a coffee-like beverage, but it is not a good cup of coffee. It will not impact your stomach as much as regular coffee will, but you sacrifice real coffee taste, and you don't get much caffeine lift. It is a flat, dusty like instant coffee experience. Lastly, don't expect magical health benefits. Personally, I think it is a fad and will wear out like fondue, gelatin, pet rocks and mood rings. But if you enjoy it and it makes you feel healthier, gives you higher energy, more peaceful sleep, laser sharp focus, improved immune system, better digestion and a longer life with better immunity and a hot sex life as claimed.... (and don't mind the price), then be all you can be and enjoy. I'll stick to my cold brew. Positives: • not bad (just not great either) • convenient and fast to make • Less impactful to stomach compared to real coffee Negatives: • Overpriced • too many unrealized claimed benefits Overall, I would say a good cold brew is better and less expensive but give it a try for yourself. You may enjoy it more than I do. I think it is an OK drink that is overpriced. UPDATE: Customer service got in touch with me and refunded my money. I was both surprised and pleased. They saw I was not completely satisfied with the item, and they refunded my purchase. Kudos to customer service department. I am not going to change my rating, but I wanted to let you know that customer service good. 3 stars ... show more

  • 5 Stars – A Daily Ritual That Truly Makes a Difference!
I’ve been drinking RYZE Mushroom Coffee every single day for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s become a part of my daily wellness routine that I genuinely look forward to. I wanted to leave a detailed review to help anyone who might be curious or on the fence about trying it—because I was in that position once, too. First of all, if you’re expecting this to taste exactly like your usual cup of coffee, it doesn’t. But that’s actually what I love about it. The flavor is more natural and earthy—almost like a very light blend of cacao and herbs. There’s a subtle aroma that reminds me of hot cocoa when I first open the bag or stir it with hot water. It’s hard to describe because it doesn’t taste like coffee, but it still gives you a warm, cozy feeling like coffee does. It’s not bitter, it doesn’t give me jitters, and it’s super smooth and gentle on my stomach. What I really appreciate is how it makes me feel. Unlike traditional coffee, which sometimes gave me anxiety or crashes in the afternoon, RYZE gives me a very steady, calm energy that lasts for hours. I feel focused, productive, and clear-headed, but never wired or overstimulated. It’s like a brain boost without the drama. I’ve noticed that my gut feels better, too—which I think might be from the mushroom blend and probiotics in it. My digestion has definitely improved, and I don’t get that crash or bloated feeling I used to get with regular coffee and dairy creamers. Speaking of creamers, I’ve tried the RYZE Superfood Creamer with it, and it pairs really well. It adds just enough creaminess without overwhelming the taste, and knowing that it’s packed with probiotics and natural ingredients makes me feel even better about what I’m putting in my body. The packaging is beautiful and well thought out, and I loved that it came with a little spoon—such a nice touch. It made the whole experience feel more intentional, almost like a tea ceremony. I love brands that care about the details, and RYZE clearly does. To anyone who’s looking for a healthier coffee alternative, or even just a new way to start your day, I honestly recommend giving this a try. It’s not just about the taste—it’s about how it makes you feel. For me, it’s been a really positive change, both mentally and physically. I feel more balanced, more energized, and just better overall. I’m definitely going to keep it in my routine for the long run. ... show more

  • Sold on the mushroom coffee, but Ryze upset stomach
I made a switch to mushroom coffee after drinking normal coffee and started with Ryze. I noticed an immediate improvement on stinky breath during the day and bad morning breath. I also noticed I wasn’t bloating as much. With that said, when I first started this coffee I had an immediate stomach/diarrhea reaction. I looked it up and it didn’t come off as a common thing for this coffee, so I figured it was just my gut realigning and decided to give it a week. My gut did settle into it, but I did note if I missed a day in the routine of drinking and started this up again, I would get an upset stomach. So for sensitive gut people, be aware. It was still much better than normal coffee which was often too acidic, but this wasn’t a perfect hit. It also has a lot of reviews on the taste, and if you haven’t tried any other mushroom brands you may say it’s a bit earthy, which it is; and it does leave “gunk” in the bottom of the cup as it doesn’t mix as well as you might think. Still I finished the bag and I was still willing to continue on drinking mushroom versus normal coffee. For my next bag I decided to try a different brand to compare and switched to Everyday dose coffee, between the two I think Everyday Dose wins, by a LOT. No upset stomach, same benefits of no stinky breath, hyper aware, no crashing, no bloating. It also tastes WAY better than Ryze and mixes much better. I don’t think I will be going back to Ryze after trying Everyday Dose, but Ryze was also much better than normal coffee. So to each their own on reactions and taste, but mushroom coffee in general seems to be a win. ... show more
