I've tried a lot of green stuff and ultimately they always just taste "green". You know the flavor, like grass and the ghost of some kind of fruit. "Berry" flavored was always more like someone poured grape juice on my lawn. This stuff, however, is pretty good. It still has some green flavored aftertaste but when they label it mango, its actually fruit forward and not "mango at the bottom of a bucket of wheatgrass". I just got it today so I can't speak on the physical benefits yet but I'll keep drinking it if for no other reason than it tastes better than the alternatives and isn't a displeasure to have in my mouth. ... show more

For reference i tried Athletic greens first and it had a horrible taste, almost like lime and coconut water. It was putrid for me. The second brand I tried was 1st Phorm and I really liked their super greens. The taste was great and very similar results to this product but the price is about double. As for why I take this, I am not a fan of vegetables and more of a meat eater but this stuff helps supplement the nutrients i lack from not eating the correct amount of veggies. important things to note from my and others’ reviews: - existing gut issues: it sounds like some people who purchased were experiencing some sort of gut health/digestion issues and looking to this supplement for some sort of solution — that was (is?) the case for me. I had been experiencing digestion issues, that after months of trial/error (including this product) were mostly resolved after cutting out gluten. Not saying this is the case for you, but this didn’t solve it, changing my diet did. - I am no health care provider, so take this with a grain of salt: the ingredients are, overall, good for you. Who’s going to argue with the positive health impact of more super greens in your diet? My review: If you’re looking to lose weight, I can say my cravings have noticeably been reduced since trying this supplement, which may have contributed to *some* weight loss. I feel more full when I pair this with my whey protein in my morning smoothie. I don’t feel more energized, but I am sleeping better and feel more calm and focused throughout the day. Other than that, bloom did not resolve my digestion issues— frankly my bowel movements (good and bad) look to have been unaffected by this product. Drink water, don’t solely rely on this powder to get your daily intake of greens, avoid heavily processed foods, and you’ll be fine. Ok first I’d like to say the greens that I’ve had before bloom always had a gross taste. I’d have to mix it up like a shot and follow up with juice because mixing the two together were just as bad as the shot. With bloom I can use water or juice and if taste AMAZING! This is great and I have a subscription for it now! When you first use it you’ll probably hate the taste so what I did at first was it with orange juice. Once I started getting used to it I did less OJ and more water. Now I have no problem just drinking it with water. The berry is also really good!!

I have been researching this product for forever and decided to get it while it was on sale, and I regret it. I don't know if it's the taste but this strawberry kiwi flavor was disgusting and hard to like, no wonder it was on sale and the flavor I wanted was not. I should've just stuck with the one I wanted and spent the extra money. I have not had it enough to know if it gives me energy like I wanted, so I will update when I finally do. ... show more
