I'm really impressed with the quality and design of this cast iron cookware set. The hard - coat enamel is both tough and stylish. It has withstood all my cooking experiments so far. The heat retention is outstanding. I can turn off the stove early, and the food keeps cooking gently in the pan. The snug - fitting lids lock in all the flavors. This enameled cast iron set is hands down the BEST cookware I've ever owned! The 7-piece set has completely transformed my cooking experience. As someone who cooks daily, I'm blown away by how evenly everything cooks - no more burnt spots while other areas remain raw. The Dutch oven makes the most incredible braised short ribs that fall off the bone, while the skillet gives my pancakes perfect golden-brown color every single time. I wanted to wait a while before making an informed opinion and I must say that these pots are absolutely gorgeous BUT they are not worth the money that you use to purchase them. I grew up with true home cooks in my life. From magnalite to le cruest, I’ve seen how well good pot sets hold up to even the most difficult of dishes and these pots did not withstand anything. I’ve used them maybe 10 times since purchasing them in May and not only has the color on them turned. They’ve stained so badly on the inside of the pot that it feels like even the heaviest elbow grease and patience combination has yet to help. Don’t be like me, save your money and buy from somewhere else.

Love the cookware, but it does stick a little. Very easy to clean tho ~ just need a little soak & good to go. The color is very pretty and it is heavy, but it's cast iron. Perfect size for breads.

This cast iron cookware set is top - notch! The 10.25” skillet is perfect for making my morning pancakes, and the saucepans with their lids are great for whipping up quick sauces. The small and large Dutch ovens are my new favorites for baking bread and making soups. The fact that it can go from the stovetop to the oven (up to 500℉) is a huge plus. The handles are wide and easy to grip, even when the cookware is hot. Cleaning is a breeze too. I'm so happy with this purchase!
