This SNOW CLAD cooking set is simply wonderful. The nonstick surface gets better with each use and the stainless steel outer shell with aluminum core distributes heat evenly. I use a12 " and 10" frying pan the most and it is so easy to clean, dishwasher safe and oven ready up to 500 degrees. It also works great on my new induction stove.

The hybrid stainless steel + nonstick surface is a game changer. It heats up evenly, cooks food perfectly, and absolutely nothing sticks — eggs, fish, even melted cheese slide right off effortlessly. The media could not be loaded. One star for false advertising. These are not nonstick pans. After following pan seasoning instructions, I fried potatoes in the 12”, scrambled eggs in the 10”, and fried eggs in the 8” and all three pans required a bit of oil to prevent food from sticking. Cleanup was a breeze. Still I felt like the pans were no different than using stainless steel pans. Returned the next day. Not a fan.

I was a little worried if this brand would be as good as the NAME BRAND skillets and cookware being HEAVILY advertised on Facebook and YouTube that is priced much much much more than these pots and skillets. I had taken everything out of my bottom kitchen cabinets and scrubbed everything down with Clorox , including the actual shelves in the cabinets. I got rid of everything!!!! No more Teflon anything. I ordered all new pots and skillets in this brand of products. I used one of the skillets today for the first time. I made a simple grilled cheese sandwich. I could not believe how much better the skillet cooked!!! It was like the sandwich, which was buttered before putting in the skillet, and nothing at all was added to the skillet, and It was if the sandwich was literally floating in the skillet!! No hot spots and the heat was evenly distributed. I don’t think I realized just how bad my well used cookware had become. I was honestly shocked. And I had purchased quality cookware back probably ten years ago. But because I cooked a lot they were all scratched up and the Teflon coating on 99% of them had begun chipping off. I had watched several videos of the health dangers of cooking with Teflon coated cookware. It made me decide to toss all of my Teflon cookware. I actually installed the pull out shelves that helps tremendously for people who are getting older so we don’t have to get down on the floor to dig out stuff from the back of the bottom cabinets. This skillet deserves 6 stars. Don’t hesitate to purchase this brand of cookware. I’m so glad I took the chance and ordered it in multiple sizes and the sauce pans, as well.
